It's easier to whitewash your business than to come back with an earnest attempt to learn from or correct the complaint. My review was put up so that other people might consider if you are the best company for them. I have never in my life been asked to pay for someone just to SCHEDULE a pick up & delivery. This is inherently part of Customer Service, and, if you must charge, embody it into your rug quote. Interactions with this company showed a reluctance to give or in any form be gracious. That simple gesture makes the difference between a client feeling valued or not. Further, I have owned many many good rugs, and I have never been asked to pay a fee for blocking. Cleaning the rug, and returning it into its original rectangular shape, is part of the service in from La Jolla to Albuquerque. I should also say that that "additional charge, was never even brought up in the conversation. I do not believe, in any way, that you can correct the effect of your cleaning, but I also believe in free speech. People need to be informed about the failures of companies as well as their achievements.
