Roofing lead Antonio is accessible, concerned with quality, and easy to work with as is the owner who also goes out of his way to accommodate and to support customer needs. Several residents have commented favorably about and expressed appreciation for the crews and their work ethic. Definitely recommend Roof One. Also would note that it is odd they only have a 3.1 rating which seems more to do with Yelp's algorithm than Roof One. The 12 "not recommended at this time" reviews are all five star reviews which would certainly boost their score if included and I just posted this 5 star review and the score went from 3.2 to 3.1! read more

the customer service sucks, my roof was replaced last winter and since then the finishing looked out of place, I made a lot of call where at least the lady who answer was really nice but for scheduling of repairs that is the problem, during the summer the smart vent started to deformed and they came 3 times to fix it but it looks no professionally installed, now like a month ago an expert came and said that the vent need to be replace and I haven't receive any call back. The guy who came out for the estimate was friendly, polite and on time. He answered all my questions and got it going. I was getting gutter guards on the house and a new roof on my garage. Price was the secont lowest but only missed best price by about 60 bucks. The other company seemed more lacksidasial. I know its a quick standard job, but its still my garage. Also several friends of mine have used them and all had a great experience. When job day came, they called to tell me when they would be dropping off the dumpster and materials, and the next day the guys did the work and got it dome in a day. The guttet guard were a few days later (this was stated beforehand, so no worries). In the end it was all done well, no surprises, and im very satisfied. I would gladly use them again. read more

Let me start by saying that Roof one is responsive as far as getting a salesperson out for quotes, but the communication has been downhill since. We have used them for roof, siding, and gutters over the past 2 years. I now have leaks that I have been trying to get resolved for over a month now. We call, they say they are sending someone, and then we don't hear back from them. At this point, I am going to see where we need to take this conversation beyond them. Roof One replaced our entire roof a littleless than a year ago. Our salesman was very respnsive and quick in providing an estimate. we had them replace our roof and now it is leaking in two places. We called them 3 times to report the problem.. The first two times we were told they would write it up and call us to schedule a warranty repair. No one ever called us back so we called again today. This time we were told there was no record of our first two calls but that the problem would be written up and someone would call to schedule an inspection. This is exactly what we were told the first two times we called. We were also told that since the leak was over our fireplace it was probably a mortar problem not a leaky roof. If that was the case we would be charged $175 for a service call. We pointed out the there was also a leak no where near the fireplace. I asked when I might expect a call but no timeframe could be given It was obvious that I was quite upset that my first two calls were not responded to or even recorded and I believe that as a result I just received a call that someone would be out to inspect our roof in the next half hour. While I am glad for the quick response after this 3rd call I am not pleased that our first two calls were ignored. read more

While they did repair the roof in one day and the leaked "seem" to have stopped... When they dropped off their supplies, they slaughtered my yard. Then they dropped of the dumpster a few days before starting, totally blocking my driveway. When they were done, they didn't clean everything - lots of debris on the porch and left a big plastic container on the porch. They then left the dumpster in the driveway for another week. When they did pickup the dumpster, it was because we called - twice - to tell them to. They didn't use the driveway to get it and tore apart the rest of the yard. read more

Terrible experience all together. From picking up nails for a year after they replace my roof five years ago, to my garage leaking right now. They say someone looked at it, without moving any leaves away from the questionable spot, and said not our problem. I never received a call back from them on the issue, and had to call twice. Now I will call a real roofing company to come resolve the issue. Thank you Roof One for being so unresponsive and unprofessional. i had a new roof installed 2018. This year a small leak this year 2023 developed and I called Roof one and asked to have them send someone out to find and repair the leak. A a repair specialist came out to inspect the spot on our ceiling. He went into the attic and found the source of the leak. Outside he made the necessary repair around a pipe coming out of the roof. He also went around the roof looking for potential other problems. He spoke with me about what he found and the repair he did. I wasn't charged a dime for the visit or repair. I had my roof replaced a few months back by Roof one and yes, I do regret it. Mark, the salesman was courteous and answered all my questions and I thought I picked a good company. Well the problems started the day they were supposed to drop off all the materials on a Monday and begin work on Tuesday. At 6:00 a.m. yes a.m. their crew showed up on Monday and started their pounding and tearing off the old roof scaring my sleeping family. Unfortunately I was at work and could not stop them. When I got home I talked to the crew leader and asked what was going on he just said they start their day early. I told him it was not acceptable to be be starting that early, waking my family and that there are noise ordinances for this reason. I called my sales guy to let him know and to make sure it does not happen again. He apologized and just stated that this crew was a new one and they were still seeing if they were going to work out. Next day, 6am pounding started again. Called the office, no one got back to me till later that day when they had finished. Their clean up was a joke and they never even said they were don, they just took off. I looked over the roof and found some problems. Called the office and was told someone would get in contact with me. No one ever did so I had to call again. Finally made an appointment for someone to inspect the problems but no one showed up. After someone did finally come out, I had to wait a while for find out what was going to be done. Another appt was made in which I was led to believe where the repairs were to be done, but no, this was to go over all the problems again! It was a waste of my time, again. Finally got repairs done and NO, I would not recommend this company! read more

So disappointed. Good job but totally misquoted the job and didn't inform us before doing 'extras'. I was told the roof was no good and went to check it myself. (As I've done this work myself many times as a younger man) Found out there were a couple of spots that did need replacing but told them Do Not replace the whole thing. After it was done I was quoted $2000.00 more! Basically told there isn't anything that can be done but take off $700.00 Too bad, as we have a few more rentals that will need roofs one day and will not use this company again. read more

My residential project was a little complicated because it involved replacing a flat roof in addition to re-shingling a garage roof. Roof One is an authorized contractor for a premium flat roof system making them an easy choice. When an unforeseen "wrinkle" was discovered during the project, the Roof One installers called in the company experts to assess the situation rather than just covering things up and finishing the job. The problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am a Realtor. A client of mine had a new roof put on her home 6 months ago. We were holding an open house over the weekend and water began to drip from the ceiling. Obviously not a good sign with a new roof. I called Roof 1 on a Sunday at @ 4 PM and someone actually answered. Scott had a crew there the first thing the next morning melting the ice off the roof and shoveling snow, not a fun job! He then came out afterwards to inspect the roof and access what caused the problem. Scott informed us of what I already suspected, the company that did the job in the first place did not put ice and water shield on the roof to code and it had inadequate ventilation. He wrote something up for us and charged a fair price for 3 guys shoveling snow off a roof and melting ice all morning, and thanks to him getting out there so quickly, it probably saved my clients a lot of money in drywall repairs! I would never hesitate to recommend them to my clients or use them myself. read more

Had some work done on boyfriends roof. This company was phenomenal. The inspection happened at the time they said they'd be there which was nice to not have to wait around. I made an appointment, carved out the time to meet with the salesman. He didn't bother showing or calling. Ridiculous!

Upon inspecting the final work I discovered a problem with the drainage from my gutter downspouts. Roof One had installed edge vents on my roof which decreased the width of my gutters. This resulted in the gutter downspouts hanging half over the gutter and the other half just dangling over the edge of the gutter causing the rain water to gush on to the ground. This was a problem in 3 different sections of my roof which didn't exist prior to the instalation of the edge vents. When I brought this to the attention of Angel ( the crew leader) he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I called my salesman Scott D. to see what Roof One was going to do about the issue. He told me they would send a supervisor out to look at the problem. But no one came out or called me to address the problem. I had to go to Home Depot and buy some additional gutter parts in order to rig up a solution. I'm just disappointed that after doing a good job on the rest of the roof that Roof One would do such a Half Ass job with the gutter issue. read more

Trying to find someone to do my roof was easier said then done. Then I was referred to roof one thru a family friend and thought I finally found a great company I could also refer to other people. It started with getting a quality free estimate filled with lots of info and options. I thought it was great as I wanted the roof and gutters. Got a few free pieces of wood thrown in free and was told if there was a major issue they would let me know. The guy that came out also told me I could pay him after the job was completed and he would be by the inspect the job. Feels great right? Well two weeks later the materials are in and in two days I'm on my way home from work to what was a completed roof. First off I work and instead of gas compressors they have electric so I had to come home at lunch to get their cords back (this isn't a big deal to me). But then the roofer said I needed to pay him right there even after I explained how the original guy said I could pay him(again this was disappointing) then to make matters worse they "threw in" 5 sheets but told me I owed for 28 more!!! Where was the call to explain the issue. Now the price shoots up. Also they tried collecting for the gutters even though they weren't done yet. After not paying for that portion they replaced them the next day but didn't even pull the old hardware off the house. I got a call about payment and told them I wanted to speak to the guy that came out but he was at a conference. Not sure how long the conference normally is but I still have not heard from him after s few weeks. At this point I would say you may as well go with the higher quote and stay away from them as the price creeped up another 2000 after install. Hopefully the conference ends soon so we can see what they have to say about this. Like I said seemed great at first but once they had the contract it was like dealing with a completely different company. If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. read more
