I'm very disappointed, you can see by the pictures how bad the color has faded. I contacted Randy Newsam and Jonny Uzzel about the problem, they came out to look at and said they would get back to me but never did.

That resulted in water above the vent to run into the attic. *They did a tear off and much of the debris fell into flower beds and killed several plants. *For weeks after completion nails were found in the lawn, resulting in three flat tires for my lawn maintenance man's tractor. *Martineau refused to go on the roof until after final inspection. There were problems I wanted to show him. *I talked to the inspector and showed him my concerns. This resulted in a one month delay, as the roof failed inspection three different times. *The material used as tucking did not match the tile. Each batch they made was a different color. The whole look of the roof ended up looking like a patchwork. *I did not approve of the owners language. *He refused to compensate my lawn maintenance man for tire replacement. * I would never wish to use DR Martineau for any type of work.

All this was from damage done in Ian. From day 1, until completion, the men were so clean and careful about how they removed the old roof and installed the new one. They scanned for nails that may have come out in my yard twice! The roof passed through the county inspection first time and the inspector said they did "great work" and he had NEVER had any issues. In addition to the great work, the price was great also. No one beat their prices and more importantly they have been here in Lee County for 20+ years so you only have to call them if you have any issues. Cons: minor issue with one of our gutter splash guards. Noticed it laying on the ground after a heavy rain. Called Roof Smart and asked that they send someone out to reinstall it. Called again 4 days later. Explained the entire issue again. "Oh, Ok, we will have someone go out and take care of it." Emailed them again 2 days latter. "Someone will be out sometime today". It's now a holiday weekend and they are closed Friday. We've had enough. Up the ladder I go to screw the guard to the top of the gutter. Just makes me concerned how responsive they will be if a warranty repair is needed? If they had been more responsive for the minor issue I would have given them five stars.

We had him install gutters on our house about a month prior so we already knew of his quality and customer service. While on-site we really discovered the extent of our roof damage. 40-50% of our shingles were gone. With more rain on the way, he had our roof covered within 24 hours. Prior to that he took dozens of pictures and even drone video of all of the damage for the insurance company. From there Mike and Captiva helped us through the difficult insurance process, but they made it a breeze for us. Mike was on-site every step of the way from the insurance adjuster, to negotiating with our insurance company, to final inspection. He even helped my wife take the groceries in one day...no joke. The finished product was more than we could have imagined. Huge upgrade from the builder grade crap Taylor Morrison installed. These guys are the professional league of roofing companies. I could not be more pleased with the entire process despite the situation. 11/10.
