I highly recommend Roofing Done Wright. Should we need to have roofing repaired in the future, we won't hesitate to call on them again. The work, communication, and finished product were great. In 2014 we had to have a new roof put on because of hail damage. It was an awful experience that dragged on for months. Because of this, I was completely distrusting of roofing companies. In 2023 we found ourselves in need of roofing repair again, because of extensive hail damage. A friend I trust recommended Robert Hamilton at Roofing Done Wright. Robert came to do a free inspection, and unlike my past roofer, did not require me to sign any contracts upfront to get an inspection. I explained to Robert the horrendous experience we had had in the past and warned him of my immense distrust for roofing contractors. He completely understood, and was very patient with explaining how his company was different. In the end, Robert helped navigate and coordinate with my home insurance company, and was prompt on follow-through and updates, and unlike our last experience, the old roof was off, and the new roof was on... in one day. It was so professional. On top of this, we needed some soffit and fascia repair, as well as replacement of all siding on our exterior chimney. Robert provided us with several quotes for repair options. The work was pretty extensive, and Robert's team had it all completed in 2 days. Once again, Robert's communication was consistent, and he was here at our home to supervise the completion of the work and make sure that we were completely satisfied. Horrible communication and a lot of bullshit. Worked with Jack, and had a claim back in April.. he tried to get me to claim hail damage from a March 26th storm. said that insurance would take the claim right away and can have a full roof replacement done in a month or so. didnt hear for months, April to Oct. called and text countless of time. he had family issues, crap with wife and kids and wasnt in the area from April to Oct. I asked if he and Agent have communicate and he said they had a few times. I called the Agent and they had not received any communication. I asked Jack for the email and "im sorry I must have deleted them" was his response.. insurance claim was low and Jack felt that my case wasnt worth Roofing Done Wright's time. He strung me along with bullshit and the basic crap they that contractors do.. I needed 1 section of shingle to be put back. Jack offered a contractor to come and do it real quick, wanted to charge $600 for the job, for 5 min of nailing down a shingle. I said screw it. last interaction, Jack came out to do drone imagine for the insurance agent.. he changed his story about options and was amazing to see how much of a smooth talker he thought he was.. bullshit upon bullshit. he tried to talk me out of the drone pics because the "Agent wont accept them". more piles of bullshit about how contractors and Agents work. for the repairs he offered for the company to do it, but they would charge 1500 to nail down 1 set of shingles... more than double the price the contractor would do it on the side. again lies, bullshit, schmoozing and redirecting. the work that was done a year ago, painting trim, windows, gutters and minor repair: from other contracted workers was good.. but the shit Jack spews.., worse than vomit or bile. read more

We just had a wonderful experience with Dave Gasser of Roofing Done Wright (678-877-4711).He had given us an estimate last Friday to repair a leak in our roof. When he came out to do the repair today, he told us that when they went to do the repair, they found the cause of the leak was not as severe as originally thought, fixed the problem, and reduced the price accordingly. He also told us that if we have a problem with that area to call him, and he would come back out (with no additional service fee) and do the repair for the difference between what we paid him and what he originally quoted us. It's hard to find people today with that degree of honesty and integrity. He could have simply done work which probably would have done nothing but inflate the cost. I'm happy I was able to utilize this gentleman's services, and I highly recommend him. read more
