We had a little mixup on our scheduled day of install but Heather reassured us that Omar would arrive on the day/time that was originally planned. On the day of the install, Omar went over everything before he started. We discussed the placement of the down spouts and he gave us recommendations for best curb appeal which turned out very nicely. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They will earn your business. Very satisfactory work. Haven't rain yet but I will follow up with this review when that happens.

When they finished our gutter replacement, my spouse and I were joking that we should have asked what else they do because we couldn't ask for a better team!! The office team was great and detailed about answering questions and getting us schedule for a quote and then the actual job. The assessor/estimator Chasen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We asked for both a quote for repairs and replacement. We ended up going for the full replacement. The team that came to remove the old gutters (led by Miguel) did a great job and even cleaned up spotlessly. They were professional and treated our property as if it were their own. Miguel was professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. Then the installation team (led by one of the owners Samuel) came right after on the same day and finished an impeccable installation. A lot of people (like myself at first lol), think gutters are just a simple add-on, but after dealing with overflowing water during these recent storms, staining on the siding, and water pooling near the foundation, we realized how critical they really are. We spent a lot of time researching before choosing this company, and I'm glad we did. From the very beginning, they took the time to really walk us through everything. They inspected the home and how water was moving across the roofline and off the house. What stood out immediately was his expertise and knowledge of the sheet metal trade. One of our biggest concerns going into the project was durability and long-term performance. We didn't want something that would just work for a couple of years and then start sagging, overflowing, or leaking. They discussed several material options with us, but also spent time explaining the advantages of copper gutters. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy about it, they simply explained the pros and cons. The copper option was fascinating to learn about. Not only does copper have an incredible lifespan compared to other materials, but it also develops that classic patina over time which actually protects the metal while giving the house a really beautiful look. We had always noticed copper gutters on older high-end homes and historic properties but never realized how functional they are as well. They explained that copper resists corrosion extremely well and, when installed properly, can last decades longer than typical gutter systems. It was a no brainer and the copper is what we decided to move forward with. I really appreciated the fact that they treated the project like a long-term solution rather than a quick installation. The finished result looks fantastic. The gutters blend well with the house and, most importantly, they actually work the way they should. During the last rainstorm we had, the water flowed smoothly through the system with no issues whatsoever. Overall, if someone is looking for a gutter company that actually understands drainage, installation quality, and material options (including higher-end systems like copper), I would absolutely recommend Brent and his team.
