Everything went really well. The marketer that initially visited our home addressed all our concerns and we were excited to sign up. The process was a little longer than I would have liked but only because our systems were dead and every day felt long. Not their fault at all, these things take time. Alex was our Install leader and was super nice, answered all our questions and was willing to go above and beyond because our old heater was really tough to pull out of the attic. He had to literally cut it apart. The system has been working great, the AC is really quiet which we like because the last one we had wasn't. The windows they installed were great, and there work was fine. Issue is they sell you on lifetime warranty but when you try and get a hold of them after installation, they do not return phone calls. We had a window latch break on us and attempted for months via email and phone call to get in touch with them to no success. Ended up handling on our own. Can't say enough, Our house was so hot all the time , AC couldn't keep up with the heat coming through windows . Soon as these windows were put in it's like an entire different house!! I know we're going to save on our electric and gas bill!! As for service they had quoted me two days to install as we had 16 large windows, it only took them 1 day to install everything, they cleaned up any mess and communicated great. We contracted with Alpha Enviro Tech for a new HVAC and exterior paint done. New HVAC and ducting was excellent 5 stars. They got the job done quickly and everything works perfectly. Cant wait to see if the electricity bill goes down next summer! However, I was only able to give 4 stars overall due to the experience with the exterior paint job we also had done. We contracted to have all dry rot repaired and new paint. In the end, the exterior paint job was completed to our satisfaction but we had to point out a lot of things they were leaving undone such as dry rot that was not replaced (we paid to have all dry rot replaced prior to painting). When we brought these issues up, it was fixed but it didn't feel right that we had to monitor the work so closely to make sure they were doing what was promised. Unfortunately, the painting crew damaged the rain gutters with their ladder. The crew was not going to say anything. My wife had before and after pictures so the project manager had someone come out and repair the rain gutters at no additional cost to fix the damages the painters made. I commend Alpha Enviro tech for making everything right when we pointed it out and I would recommend doing business with them but just be diligent in making sure the crew is doing everything the sales person promised and if not, do not be afraid to point it out and ask that it be corrected. read more

We received a call out of the blue about upgrading our windows and decided to give their team a chance to see what they are all about. We have had issues with our house getting too cold or hot during the different seasons. We liked what we heard and at the end of the day we decided to give them a try. Quick install! I LOVE my new windows! A few of my old windows were starting to leak in heavy rain, so I decided to replace them with Alpha. Their sales person, David, came by to show me their product. He was great - explained everything and demonstrated how the windows they install block sunlight to significantly reduce heat in your home. I live in Southern CA so this is huge! I've already noticed a difference in indoor temperature on sunny days, it's much more comfortable during late afternoons when the sun used to heat up my family room and make it stuffy. I expect my electricity bill will go down this summer as a result as well. The double pain windows also reduce noise, and they are a breeze to open inward to clean. Installation was super fast! I had every window in my house replaced (19 total) and the team - led by David (a different David) and Marco - did it in 2.5 days. And they did a great job!! It was noisy, no doubt, but the team was friendly, courteous, and very respectful of my home & property. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure any trash was hauled away. My windows look so good! I was hesitant to do this because it's a big project and expense, but it was so worth it! The windows Alpha uses are specifically designed for CA weather, are reasonably priced, measured to fit your windows, and as mentioned above reduce the amount of sunlight blasting into your home in addition to reducing noise. I just had my house painted in Sacramento, CA. I think the business is expanding. I love my paint job. They did an amazing job. They also repaired stucco and dry rot areas of my trim. The guys were very easy to work with. Now in the beginning when they were trying to sell me the paint job and going over all the qualities this paint has I thought they were just putting on a show but since I've had my house painted my air conditioner gets the house sooooo cold! This paint is supposed to help insulate, be a moister blocker and fire repellent. The difference from before the house was painted is out of this world. My air conditioner would have to run all day to get this cold, now it's freezing in an hour. Plus it looks so nice . I've fallen back in love with my home. Next project: fix my yard up! read more

We had many old windows in our house: single pane windows, a leaky bay window, a flawed garden window, a humidity-breached sliding glass door, among others. During the heat of the summer our electricity bill soared due to increased cooling needed to keep the interior temperature comfortable. We researched a few companies and even considered doing some of the projects ourselves. However, we were referred to Alpha windows by a neighbor who recently used their services and was happy with the experience and results. We called for an estimate and quickly had an on-site appointment scheduled. We did a home walkthrough and had our various questions answered, such as: the best windows to target first, comparative window efficiencies and prices, lead time, installation time, pricing, and more. We agreed on a price - a portion would be paid immediately and the rest financed at our discretion. We had a short followup meeting with an engineer to take measurements for the replacement windows. The lead time for all of our custom windows and door was several weeks. We scheduled the installation appointment a few weeks ahead of the actual install date. When the time came: three construction workers arrived early in the morning. Large furniture was moved away from the work areas beforehand, they placed mats and plastic covers around the work location to protect our home and keep the areas clean. They worked on removing the several windows and door till mid day and worked on installing the replacements till early evening. I had anticipated it may take two days to complete the project but they only needed a single day. I did a final walk-thru with one of the workers where he went over again how to operate the windows and answered any questions we had. We had some phone call followups to check on my satisfaction - to which we are very happy with the experience and results. The windows and door we had replaced were all south facing that get sun continuously as well as an old poorly-insulated bay window in an east facing room which heats up quickly in the morning hours and chills overnight. Previously, putting a hand by the windows would demonstrate how quickly the heat is transferred into or out of the house. With the newly installed windows the rooms don't heat up around the area hardly at all. Even with some remaining older windows around the house, the air conditioning usage dropped and we expect our utility bills to continue to go down. We have other remaining windows and skylights we want to get replaced in the future, and when the time comes I will again ask for Alpha Enviro Tech. read more

We had 8 windows installed over 2 days. The guys were great! They arrived on time, were very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They cleaned up all the mess from taking out the old windows completely and the new ones were cleaned and streak free. When the job was done, they made sure to show us the features of the window to ensure we knew how they locked, how to take the screens off, etc. Since we had plantation blinds in all of our old windows, they not only took them down but reinstalled them when the new windows were in. Had an appointment to discuss possible window replacement on a Friday. I had told them when I set up the appointment that my wife might not be available, but we set up the appointment anyway. When they arrived, my wife was not available, so they wouldn't talk to me. After hearing the initial pitch and realizing this offer was via California FIRST financing with a possible discount as a "showcase" home, I decided not to reschedule the appointment. The person was polite and said they had multiple appointments in the area throughout the day. No big deal. However, I received a call on the following Monday from someone who quickly got very aggressive with me because I wasn't "following the rules," because my wife wasn't there. I was definitely guarded in the conversation, but I was not rude. I had not agreed to any obligation for work, nor had I complained to anyone about cancelling the appointment. I told the person that he wasn't going to just call me up and chew me out, and he started to say, "Yes, I am," when I told him to have a nice day and hung up on him. What kind of company calls people who aren't even customers, yet, and treats them that way? I'm not going to be bullied into hiring anyone. If Alpha Enviro Tech has their own telemarketers, they need to get a handle on their staff. If they're outsourcing their telemarketing, they need to have a serious discussion with whatever company they hired. read more

I received a phone call asking if I was in need of home improvements such as hvac and heating. I was quickly interested because our family had been talking about an upgrade. The young lady made an appointment for the following day to have someone come talk to us about what opportunities there were available. At 5 p.m. we sat with Rick. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took a look at our ac unit outdoors and sat down to talk about American Standard and the savings we'd see in upgrading our units. Our furnace had already been shut down due to it being old and noncompliant to code. He gave us a reasonable quote and we were sold to proceed forward. We were able to qualify for a loan and signed a contract the same day, then arranged a meeting with our project manager. A few days later, Nate and Kyle arrived promptly to our residence to take measurements and check the units both outside and in the attic. The pair were friendly, courteous, and worked diligently (despite our chaos of having family visiting for the Fourth of July!) Soon after, we were contacted to make an appointment at our earliest convenience to have the new units installed. On July 12th, they promptly arrived. Ricky, Matt, and Efrain worked diligently throughout the hot summer day. It was in the high 90s but they worked hard to install our HVAC and furnace. They cleaned thoroughly once the job was completed and explained how to use our new thermostat. He explained what was done and showed us the final job before having a Q & A. Hi everyone! Wanted to post my family's experience with Alpha Enviro Tech. During late December early January, we had heavy rains in our area and found out we had roof leaks. Unsure who to use we asked for referrals online from various communities. Sadly, out of the three companies we requested bids from only one actually showed up, Alpha Enviro Tech. My mother was able to schedule with them and on Jan. 19th Dave Ries came out to speak with her. The two spent a couple hours discussing the process, and materials that would be used. He also assisted her with the funding process through PACE Funding. After all was said and done, we had a date to start in early February which Brandy called to confirm and give us a schedule for the project. Unfortunately, life had thrown us a curveball and we needed to postpone for one week. A request that Alpha Enviro Tech accommodated us with. Fast forward to February twentieth where a team came by to remove the solar panels from the roof. They arrived at 6:50am and by seven were on the roof and working. Amazingly, it was only about an hour for them to have each one removed and stacked in our backyard. On February 22nd, the roofing started. Like clockwork, 7:00 am each morning until finished. Day one, roof removal. Day two, replacement of any damaged wood as necessary and the start of the new roof. Day three Roof was finished and given final approval by the city. Not going to lie, that hammering will get to you. SO happy it only took three days. When all was said and done, the roof was complete, the solar panels reinstalled, washed, and generating power again. The area around the house was cleaned up, no debris or trash left behind. Overall we are more than happy with the process, work, and would recommend Alpha Enviro Tech to anyone else, in fact we already have. Two neighbors came to ask about it just after completion. My wife and I had been considering painting our home with Tex Cote paint for several years now and when we met directly with David Ries, Marketing Manger at Alpha Enviro Tech, we were impressed with his experience and knowledge and found him trustworthy. His team was like a well-oiled machine and we watched our home transform into something really special. Not only is the Tex Cote Sandalwood beautiful, we noticed an immediate cooling in our home as our walls are no longer warm to the touch. David has assembled a loyal crew that have been with him for over a decade. Angel hung two doors for us and then crafted two custom made doors for our 1952 water heater door and gas meter box.
