Communication was always really clear, and there were no hiccups in the entire process. Pricing was competitive. Also, their quote was more comprehensive than others, as many other quotes I received had missed out key repairs (such as anchoring new framing to foundation). Anyway, I would never wish someone to drive into your house, but if some idiot does, call integrity construction. Also insurance is very slow, so make sure to be on them like a fleegle fly on a flat-faced floogle horse. If you know what I mean...
