The lighting was beautiful, the design was gorgeous, and the room with all the massage "cabanas" felt so peaceful and relaxing. I loved the overall atmosphere and the sound machines, it really felt luxurious walking in. Unfortunately, the actual massage experience didn't live up to the environment. When booking, I was surprised that deep tissue was considered an additional $20 add-on. I've had many massages before and have never been charged extra just for deeper pressure. Since it was Mother's Day, I decided to go ahead with it anyway, especially because first-time clients are advertised as receiving $20 off. When I arrived, I was told that paying extra for deep tissue only included TWO focus areas. That was honestly very strange to me. I expected the pressure level to apply to the overall massage, not just two spots. The massage therapist was kind, and the massage started off strong, but shortly after it became extremely light pressure for most of the session. The "deep tissue" portion only lasted maybe 20 minutes total between the two areas I selected, while the rest felt more like a very light relaxation massage. It just wasn't what I expected based on how it was advertised. To make matters worse, the session started late and ended early. My 50 or 60 minute massage ended up being closer to about 42 minutes total. Then when I went to check out, I was initially charged the full $155 price despite the advertised first-time client discount. I had to remind the front desk myself about the promotion before it was applied. Overall, the space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the actual experience felt disappointing for the price. I truly expected more.

When I cancelled my membership, I had to print a form, fill it out, and scan it back to them. The process wasn't something that could be done over the phone. Once I did that, I wasn't billed on August 17, 2024 and I was glad it was easy to stop my membership. The reason I stopped was because I have an ongoing subscription elsewhere that I need to start using and I don't need both. Once the other ends, I will definitely be back. The minor issues I didn't like here was the start and end time - some therapist don't do the full 45 mins when you pay for 60 mins. They take too much time off for the dressing part and consultation. Then management doesn't restock their water bottles all the time so you don't get your water at the end. Parking has never been an issue but it's a small lot and my friend had to park on the street when it was full. These aren't deal breakers but not 5 stars worthy.

There were at least 3 girls behind the counter doing their accounting for the day. Not one of them addressed me or offered to assist me after I gave them my charge ticket. (Note: They take cash, check or Zelle only since they don't have card reader.) I am going on a trip tomorrow and decided I wanted to pay to get them professionally done for the occasion to treat myself. This was a very good reminder of why I do them myself now... The nail tech was nice and worked quickly... too quickly. They didn't trim my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I asked for an ombré nail design, which is shown on their menu and provided a picture of the exact colors I wanted. Another nail tech came and took my phone to pick colors out and just started painting them on some of my nails before the original tech had even put gel on them. It was very odd... the second tech was rushing the first and was honestly doing a sloppy job. The color ended up being super off.. it was a Christmas tree green instead of a blue- teal color. I don't blame her for that, the bottle looked like a different color than the paint. They were also streaky and completely see-through. She asked if I liked them and I told her those things, and she told me the reference picture was see through too (which it was not-I added the reference) but she still redid them which I appreciated. I picked the new color myself, which matched the reference pic more and also wasn't see-through which was way better. The airbrush was having issues, which I could tell was super frustrating to them which sucks. But they just seemed to not really know how to do it very well. They finished and rushed me out quickly without cleaning any of the gel of my skin. With airbrush they usually wipe the paint off the skin before curing it so this doesn't happen. Now it's been a real pain to try to get off. They also did not clean up the sides of my nails, which were all jagged. I had to do a full nail clean up when I got home. Thankfully I have all the stuff at home to do that. The only reason for 3-stars is that the gel x nails are properly applied and should last. Overall I was not impressed. As a new client who is paying good money (and extra for a nail design) I expect some level of care. Also now knowing how to do a proper gel manicure, it's so obvious when they cut corners and rush (no nail/cuticle prep or clean up, only one layer of paint). And maybe don't offer a service (ombré) if you aren't confident in it or don't have properly working equipment. I wanted to do something nice for myself but ended up having more of a headache in the end, and had to pay my hard earned money for that headache.

On my most recent visit, however, my experience was very different. The 60-minute massage itself was excellent, and I was happy with the service. When it came time to pay, I left a 20% gratuity ($14), which I consider to be a fair and generous tip. Then, I was handed a sign stating, "We request a minimum tip of $15 on all services." This left me feeling surprised and uncomfortable. While I'm always willing to tip appropriately for good service, I don't think it's reasonable to enforce or pressure customers into a specific gratuity amount, especially when the tip already reflects standard expectations. Unfortunately, this experience affected my overall impression, and I don't plan to return.

They couldn't even get anybody else to help me. I was so frustrated. I just started to cry. I will never come back here again. My whole plan was ruined because I chose this place from Yelp. I do not recommend at all.
