My husband made me an appointment at this so called professional place for my birthday. It was for a one hour facial. I was really looking forward to a day of pampering since I was going to get a manicure and pedicure after. I arrived fifteen minutes early which is proper protocol at professional spas. This is the time you get into a relaxed mood just before your appointment. I arrived to locked doors. I knocked on the doors to no avail. I called;only to get an answering machine. Now I'm getting frustrated. My husband calls and she calls back and says she was in traffic. I call back and now it is fourteen minutes into my one hour facial appointed time. She says she was at lunch and in traffic.I am a bit curious as to where this luncheon may have been...Oxnard?West Hills?Malibu? None of the above! She was a couple miles away! Lindero Canyon-Westlake Village to be exact. A five minute drive,if that. She said she must have hit every red light. Traffic?! Needless to say that I passed on my one hour facial from lack of professionalism. I thought we were done there yet she left my husband a voice mail comparing herself to a doctor who makes you wait and a dentist who makes you wait " twenty minutes or more "and she didn't understand my frustration!!
