In preparing to contact regarding a replacement pillow, upon closer inspection it was obvious the orange/gold pillow was used. The tag was washed out, and the pillow itself had lint from something blue. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement for the wrong product, provided pictures showing the obvious error, and provided the UPC codes for the pillows. Upon receipt of the requested information, I was informed that they had refunded the price of the incorrect pillow, the business did not have the ability to provide a replacement product, but I was free to order another and they would as COURTESY waive one-time the shipping for the replacement. However, they did not really have the ability to waive the shipping fee, I would have to pay it first, and THEN they would waive it when contacted. This was an online purchase, and I have NEVER had such an awful purchasing experience, and I certainly will NOT do any more business with them.

The owner has artists rent out space to sell their creations. I came and bought a handmade soy pine scented candle and a blind date with a book. Such a fun idea! Basically the artist wraps up a book and adds a bunch of fun things to accompany reading like tea, bookmarks, etc and provides 3 clues to help you guess the book. The aisles are wide, the booths are nicely appointed, and there is lots of great natural light from all the windows. I love that they are arranged by "streets" with numbers for each booth, making it easy to remember where you saw something. There are lots of fun things to check out - I love the reading room that also features art from local artists. They have the ability to rent a shelf vs. a whole booth, which I thought was really cool. Possibly the best part - the free popcorn! I also really like the fun decor like the board game wall. Parking is ample on the street in front or the free lot across the street. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Elevated.
