Wow ! what an amazing hotel. I just wanted to take the time to thank Juliana for her great hospitality. She made me feel so comfortable during my stay and that really means a lot to me being that I travel alone. Besides the employees being a such amazing staff, the room and hotel I should say itself, is very beautiful. From the dimmed halls to the beautiful room. Not the mention the beautiful indoor pool they have. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay near time square. VERY BEAUTIFUL

Although I live close to NYC, from time to time, on special occasions we like to rent a hotel room directly in the pit of hell.. um.. er.. Time Square. It's nice to enjoy a show, have dinner/drinks along with a nightcap without worrying about how am I going to get home. Just stumble down the street and land on your rented bed. Truly, Room Mate Grace was a nice place to land. The small hotel room is well thought out along with a lot of style. The shower is a large space with a rainfall head to get you nice and soaked. Our queen sized bed was upon a platform, which might make people with mobility issues struggle to enter, but I found it fun. Sink outside the pocket doored toilet and shower area so your roommate can finish getting ready while you shower. Our hallway wallpaper had me trippin' out with the alternating stripes. Most importantly the room was quiet even with a large window facing the street and the AC kept the room nice and cool. All very comfortable. Buffet style breakfast was included in our rate. It had a large variety in the mirrored eating area. Scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, juices, fruit, breads, muffins, donuts, espresso machine and even pancakes at a touch of a button. There is a small pool, which is nice but seems more like a novelty for such a large hotel.

Stay here!! The price is so fair for the location, the super friendly staff, and the cozy compact stylish rooms. The pool and sauna are also a nice touch. Staying in this Midtown Time's Square area is perfect for walking to anything you may want or need. If you are traveling here to explore all the grounds of NYC, this is the perfect hotel for your ground zero. Very comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom and coffee, tea, and kettle for hot water included. The point of being in NYC is to get out and explore it and this hotel promotes that as the space is small enough to make you want to get outside, yet cozy and clean so you have a pleasant cove to retreat to after a long day of adventuring. Cheers to this exciting and bustling city!!

The place smelled amazing as soon as we entered the revolving doors! Great first impression! The staff- all of them were kind and helpful! The bar was quaint and a great way to start our evening with buy one get one free! The room was clean, cozy, and small- like all NYC hotels I have experienced, it's all I needed, I was only there to sleep!

We booked a standard room for one night to enjoy Broadway show and a fun city night, this hotel was perfect a s exactly what we wanted. Great location and nice staff. Our room was super cute and clean. They do have room service till 11pm and a swimming pool and bar which was a plus! They also have security that check everyone walk-in in after check in hours to ensure they are guest of the hotel, nice! We will be back soon, for sure.

For the love of the Good Man Jesus, don't drink here. Not that the drinks are weak - they're made to order - but it's actually less costly to buy a few bottles and book a room here. Isn't it more fun to change into your swimsuit in a room? Swimsuit, you say? Why, for the pool, the one sporting upper and lower lounges for mingling. That one. If you decide to drink there, tip bartender Alexis extra for me, he's on point with his drink pouring.

Not quite like the pics on their website, but more spacious than I imagined for Midtown.

Staying in Midtown sucks. Let's just start there. It's congested and dirty and it's super touristy. I always wonder about the people who invest in building hotels in this tight space. I will say that whoever sits on this board...created a unique experience and did a good job. It's important to note that I can't compare a NYC Manhattan hotel to other hotels in the country -- this is just a different monster. So yes, there are tons of hotels with tons of space that surpass this hotel, but your in midtown where there is just not enough space - period. Okay, let's get started. Checking-in The front desk staff was so amazing. They engaged in light polite conversation and were so kind with great customer service. They went through the check-in process so quickly so I could get into my room and relax. In fact, the room that I initially had didn't work for me and they were able to find a room where I could be more comfortable without protest, in fact she went through the available rooms and upgraded me. That felt great. The Room It's NYC, so don't expect a room with a view, but I got a sliver of the street with a good amount of natural light. The room was sizable with a comfy king size bed. Now, the shower! YASSSSS! Life changing. That's all I'm gonna say. I stayed in room 604. It was divine. Lots of pressure for an old building. Great for washing hair. Amenities If you are looking for a pool with a swim up bar, you don't have to go all the way to Caribbean for it. This hotel has it!!!! It's the coolest thing. With black lighting and a sauna room. The pool is behind the front desk and right next to the bar. Such a genius idea. I wish I had time to take a dip. But definitely check it out. They have a gym and also breakfast served everyday too (it didn't come with my rate). Overall If you must stay in Midtown, then I would highly recommend this hotel. I mean it's next to a popular Irish pub!! The staff is friendly and put you first. The rooms are spacious and thoughtful with excellent showers. And the amenities are creative and thoughtful. Enjoy your stay!

This hotel is very nice. Not only do they have a pool with a bar and restaurant attached the rooms are very comfortable. Their pool is open with some restrictions but you can definitely enjoy it family or just on date night. Will definitely be coming again.

"Welcome to the Grace Hotel. Here is your room key. There is a private party here tonight, but guests of the hotel are welcome to attend." Wouldn't it be grand if this were the greeting at all hotels? For Valentine's Day one year I booked a room in the city and some how ended up in Spain at one of Stewie Griffin's Sexy Parties. As usual I never know what to expect in the city, but if you are looking for a place to crash with a swim-up bar and a detoxifying sauna, then check out the Grace Hotel in Times Square. You never hear about places like this when you are a resident, but what do I know. Since I returned to the city, I heard dumpster swimming in Brooklyn became a trend. After dinner and drinks, we arrived back at the hotel and were greeted by a man with a clip board. Expectedly, we were not on the list, thus uninvited to the sexy party, until the bouncer overruled him and said right this way... Essentially it felt like we escaped the U.S. and had a private party for two. It was Fashion week and the party was very international. No one looked our way. We were American, out of place, and probably poorly dressed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed two free hours of open bar courtesy of Daviddelfin. Thanks dude!

For the price, in Times Square, this place can't be beat! With my AAA discount, staying here for 1 night on a Tuesday in February was about $120. Yes, the room was small but it was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Fortunately, I was there by myself so the size of the room was not an issue. There was a hair dryer, iron, and toiletries. There is a bar downstairs that is decorated with animal print (kind of odd but maybe trendy?). I was able to use a buy one get one free drink coupon to get a beer and glass of wine for $12. I was able to keep my luggage there after checkout while I took care of some business in the city. It is also near a subway stop that can be used (along with the bus) to get you to and from LGA in about 1 hour for $2.50ish. I considered this a good find!

Traveling during the holidays can be hectic, but the staff at the Park Hyatt made everything feel effortless. Every interaction -- from the front desk to housekeeping to the concierge -- was filled with genuine kindness, patience, and warmth. It was clear they weren't just doing their jobs; they truly cared about making our holiday special. The hotel itself is stunningly elegant yet incredibly comfortable. After long walks through Central Park, returning to our room felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat. The spaciousness, thoughtful details, and quiet luxury made it easy for our family to relax, laugh, and simply be together -- which is what the holidays are really about. We had our first breakfast in New York at the hotel's "the living room" which is located in the lobby. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with modern decor and stunning 30 foot ceilings. We arrived at 7am as the restaurant just opened and Kamil greeted us with a warm genuine smile. We've stayed at 5 different Park Hyatts in the past 5 years (Kyoto being the most recent) and no one has made us feel as special as Kamil. He has the unique gift of hospitality. He went out of his way to treat us like family and made us feel very special. All of his small gestures, friendly smiles, and thoughtful attention to detail, turned simple moments into special memories. During a season meant for connection and joy, the Park Hyatt delivered both in abundance. Spending Christmas in New York is always special, but spending it at the Park Hyatt New York elevated the experience beyond anything we could have imagined. Our days were spent with full hearts, lasting memories, and deep gratitude for a team that understands true hospitality. This is a place we will return to -- not just for the luxury, but for the people who made us feel so genuinely at home during the most meaningful time of year.

One thing to note: the hotel sits right above a sports bar, so it can get noisy when there's a game on. The gym was a low point. Prime location! Modern, spacious rooms (for the city)!…read more The elevators though.... Oy. I stayed at this hotel over the New Years holiday and was thrilled to be so close to Madison Square Garden and Times Square. As was expected, check in was a bit chaotic given the time of year. The ground floor entrance was PACKED with luggage on first arrival. After weaving our way through, we located the check-in desk on the 5th or 6th floor. Tons of people but adequate seating to wait for our room to be ready. An upper floor meant having to figure out their dreaded elevator system. It left something to be desired, to say the least. With only 3 elevators that service the whole of the hotel, and a 4th that goes who knows where, it was almost always a lengthy struggle to catch one. No buttons on the interior of the carriage, all elevators were called with a touchscreen device that seemingly tried to pack as many people as possible into one small space, leaving many behind that couldn't fit, before directing the passengers to another elevator to repeat the whole process over again. One day was so bad, it was actually preferable to walk up the stairs to the 14th floor. Woof. The room itself was wonderful. Spacious, with 2 beds. Very clean. Beautiful view of the city and the arena next door. Great way to catch the sun set. Walk in shower with both an overhead and handheld shower attachment. Great lighting. Shower had heavily frosted glass that faced the bedroom area so be prepared for your silhouette to be on full display for anyone you may be rooming with. Nice sized closet, safe, and mini fridge. Big flat screen television. Window shade worked very well to block out the light if you're hoping to sleep in late. Walls can be a bit thin, especially if you have a rowdy bunch of kids right next door as we did. Aside from the elevators, the perks far outweighed the usual peskier elements (e.g., noise, etc.) one encounters when staying away from home. Would stay here again, perhaps during a less busy time of year, if that's even possible.

The Library Hotel is every bit as charming as people say, but what really makes it special is the team.
