What a gorgeous hotel. It is very pleasing to the eye. I visited some friends that were staying. Their hotel room was beautiful. I also sampled some food and drinks in the hotels bar. The food was very good. The location was also super central in Manhattan right near 5th avenue.

Great service overall and clean amenities. Food at the cafe downstairs is also healthy and tasty. I'd definitely stay here again!

-First Impression- Gorgeous exterior. Attentive, and polite dorman helped me with by bags before I even got in the door. I felt so important, lol -Food- Fresh fruit in the lobby. I didnt order anything to my room or try thr restaurant -Service- Very friendly staff. Everyone welcomed me with a smile every time I walked in, and wished me a good day every time I walked out. Emerson checked me in and was able to upgrade me to a larger room which was greatly appreciated since I'm an overpacker lol -Price- Nothing in New York is cheap, but I was able to get the upgrade which made me feel better about what I paid lol -Did Not Like- There was a coffee maker in the room that I wasn't familiar with, took some googling and a decent sized mess to get it figured out, lol -Noteworthy- Ecofriendly! -Recommended?- Yes. I'd love to stay in a suite!

A gorgeous hotel to stay at if you find yourself in Manhattan. I have to admit, I discovered 1 Hotel from the many gals I follow on YouTube and TikTok - it seems very trendy right now! So I had to try it out for myself. The clean and rustic smell in the lobby alone will draw you in and make you want to stay! Overall, it's worth the hype. Our room was gorgeous with 10/10 views. The shower was magical (I think my fiancé and I each took about 3 showers a day) because the soap smelled incredible and the water pressure was *chef's kiss* I really appreciate how they have filtered water throughout the whole hotel. I drank the tap water often and it was great, I didn't have any concerns. This is a huge plus in Manhattan. My one qualm - we were charged an "amenities fee" each day, but what were the amenities?? There's no pool, no spa. We were rather confused by this. Seemed like a cheap way for an expensive hotel to make a buck. In any case, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. See photos for all the lovely feels!

We walked into the 1 Hotel Central Park after an early morning flight, stepped in from a busy New York City sidewalk to a practical forest in the middle of the city. Plants everywhere, amazing smells, kind people. The kindest and most helpful of all was Chris at the front desk. Incredible service, kindness and attention to detail exudes from this man. You will be in good hands if you come stay here, from Chris to the rest of the staff they are ready to make your stay remarkable. A green oasis in a grey city!

Love the warmth and location of this hotel. It is located near Central Park, and an easy walk to luxury stores. I could literally see Central Park from our window. There is a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, and restaurants within walking distance too. Meat Market restaurant is literally across the street. The outside of the hotel has lush green plants, as well as the lobby. Our room also had beautiful plants, and wood accents. The hotel has a water filtration system for the showers and faucets. It is really an earth friendly place. They do have a restaurant/bar on sight, though due to the Yelp reviews we explored elsewhere. There are a couple of spots to sit in the lobby that is relaxing too. The room was clean, and the employees were efficient. I would stay here again. Also, since this area is not in the busy downtown area, it is not loud with traffic in the early morning. Enjoy!!

It was a great experience. I loved all of the greenery in the hotel restaurant. They offered an upgrade and free drinks as it was my birthday. Overall and nice experience.

For this Marriott the location is excellent if you are going to watch a show on Broadway. Very convenient for the play and also get a subway to anywhere else you have to go. The rooms are generally very nice and this hotel also has everything connected and controlled through a tablet which is very appealing to me. They also have a nice bar right in the hotel that is open till late. The only downside is the size. Now hotels in major cities like this like New York or Tokyo are small and pricey. Two things that can sort of negatively affect your opinion but considering they are all like that in the area, you have to compare accordingly. The only real downside for me is that the toilet is literally next to to the shower to the point that you could shower while using the toilet (I took a picture of my hand holding the shower handle on top of the toilet seat as a joke) and the sink is outside to wash your hands after using the restroom. I feel that they could have done a better design for this to avoid it. It didn't appeal to me and it's the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel 5 stars. I will probably stay here again when I go to watch another play.

One of the biggest highlights was the room and bathroom layout--both were incredibly spacious, especially by New York standards where square footage is usually at a premium. They also serve a decent breakfast selection there in the mornings. You enter on the first floor, but the lobby is on the sixth floor. I was having flashbacks to Tokyo... There are four elevators, and when I checked in, the place was packed. Some event must have been going on because getting an elevator was an adventure (a sad one). It didn't help that everyone had to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, then another to get to their room. Fortunately, I was only on the ninth floor...so I got my steps in. The room itself was mostly ok. One thing I really didn't like was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool below 68 degrees. I despise hotels that throttle the A/C. I'd get warm, the air would finally kick on, I'd be comfortable for about ten minutes...then the cycle would repeat all night. Another thing that caught me off guard was the ceiling. Maybe they're going for an industrial look, but it was basically unfinished concrete. Other than those complaints, everything else in the room was perfectly acceptable, and for a one night stay, it did the job.

The Library Hotel is every bit as charming as people say, but what really makes it special is the team. Housekeeping was so gracious and helpful throughout my stay, the bartender at Bookmarks very kindly helped my friend carry our drinks down to the room, and checkout took less than 30 seconds. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The themed rooms are such a fun touch (I loved seeing how each one was inspired by a different subject), but I also have to give a shout-out to the practical things. I took a few work video calls from my room on the 12th floor, and the Wi-Fi was ridiculously good - honestly stronger than the Wi-Fi in my own house when I'm sitting five feet from the modem. Not a second of lag. The TV also had a ton of premium channels, which was such a fun surprise after long days exploring the city. And finally, a standing ovation for the real MVP: the air conditioning. New York was basically a sauna while I was there, and every time I walked back into my room I was greeted by the most glorious arctic blast. It was so good that my friends ended up wanting to hang out in my room and order dinner instead of going back out into the heat. Perfect stay from beginning to end. I can't wait to come back.
