In going beyond this Jason helped me several times with how the process worked and what the City was going to need. He nailed it every turn - and the City - did require re-dos and resubmits. Jason got it all handled for no further charges -including informing the City's Planning Commission staff as needed. I recommend them very highly. What outstanding service - we were not a biggie, but he gave us first class service just like we were a major developer.

If you are on any kind of timeline, you better look elsewhere. We are in the process of applying for permits with the county, and they required a minor plat be drawn before any permits would be issued. They (as well as a couple of other entities) recommended CBG as someone they work with "all the time" who is "very familiar with the process". So that's who we went with, but it has just been one nightmare after another for us. We began this process in Feb of 2025, and here it is September, and we still don't have all of the required documentation from CBG. Plus, we are currently working with our THIRD rep - because the first 2 no longer work there. While the 2nd rep was helping us, she would never answer my calls/emails, and I had to send a blind email to the company just to get any response at all. The 3rd rep just replied to my email and asked if I needed help getting a plat started!!! She had no idea where we even were in the process. Lord help me have restraint with her. And all of this headache and time wasting cost me $2500 for a minor plat to be drawn (which we still don't have complete). Please, if you value your time and your sanity, do NOT choose CBG for your surveying. Consider this fair warning.
