We set up a date for them to begin work and that day came but we received no call. After calling they said they were running 2 days behind due to rain. This is understandable but a courtesy call to let us know would have been helpful since our fence is also shared with our neighbors. The fence took 2 days to install and turned out absolutely beautiful! No nails were left behind, but a few cigarette butts, empty water bottle and quite a bit of pieces of debris from our old fence were left for me to pick up. Customer service can definitely improve, but overall very happy with the quality of work.
