It seems I am one of the last remaining neighbors on my block that does not have a gate for my driveway. I took a look on Yelp and found that these folks are close and convenient so I called for an estimate. So far in my estimate gathering I have found that their pricing seems pretty fair. They were not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. That impresses me even more because the metal they use on the frames and the motors they quoted me on seem to be of some of the top quality that are available currently. I also like that they repair as well as install, as I want to utilize a company that does both. My time with the estimator was very pleasant. He was professional and informative and he made sure I was aware of things I, or anyone shopping for gates, needs to be aware of before purchasing. I have not made a final decision yet, but when I do, I will update the review of the company I end up going with, along with photos on my new gate!

We called Eli and he came out immediately to assess the damage--standing out in the rain to do so. When it quit raining, he returned that same afternoon and promptly fixed our gate. Not only did he fix it but he proactively made some helpful suggestions so that we do not get in this same pickle. I'm not sure how others have had a 1-star experience, because our experience was decidedly 5-star worthy, and Eli will be our "gate guy" for life, too.

They were prompt, professional, courteous, and clean. We added 4 3x3 square posts to do a better job supporting the fence than standard fence posts. Eli's crew bolted 3 of the new posts into existing concrete and sunk the 4th into a new concrete pour. Once they started the work, they decided a slightly more expensive solution would better secure the fence, but did the new work for the original quote. I cannot recommend them more. Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. Will definitely use them for any future fence projects. They were punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the result!

I decided to go with stained cedar, side by side, and top caps. I overestimated the size of my yard so when Alberto came out to measure it ended up costing me less than my estimate. He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. He brought out a four man crew and they did the job in two days even though it was raining on the second day. They did a spectacular job and I'm so pleased with the new fence. I contacted 5-6 other fence companies to provide an estimate for our job. (2 well-known fence…read morecompanies didn't even call us back.) Ours was a sizeable project involving removing a big stucco wall. Anthony's team replaced our fence & driveway, installed an auto driveway gate, took down the wall, installed a new driveway, and even built a little shed to hide our AC units/garbage cans. The project was not cheap (their price was competitive) but it turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Here are reasons I am so glad I went with Dallas Fence Experts: 1. I wanted someone hands-on, not just a messenger relaying project scope to the workers. Anthony was there from start to finish. As far as I know, they didn't sub-contract. 2. I wanted a problem-solver and a good communicator. A couple of other fence companies told me No immediately to our driveway project. One well-known company in Frisco told me all the things they do NOT do, or things they do not offer warranty on (they only install Solar). Only Anthony from day one was able to tell me how they'd go about our project. His suggestion was methodical (I could see his wheels were turning too because that piece was something he hadn't done before). I explained my vision and he got it done. He would not hesitate to call/text for questions or to keep you informed of progress. 3. Anthony told me that he'll be around if we need anything post-installation. We've had some minor issues a few months after installation. He was super responsive coming to resolve the issues. I have had many people from yard guys to painters to a handyman who offered to build our fence. I wanted it to be built right the first time (I hear stories of gate needed repair) and the fence to be of excellent quality. I found that to be true of DFE. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his company.
