One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim.
