Nice things but unwavering in policy for valued customers. We spent over $3000 with this company!!!! We were unhappy with our full size bed & wanted to EXCHANGE for a Queen-- not just return. We bought the mattress 1 month & 2 days prior but were unable to exchange it before the 30 day window because we were on our honeymoon for more than 3 weeks. We slept on the mattress for a total of 1 night & kept the plastic. They WOULD NOT exchange our bed & wouldn't even let me talk with the manager. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Started with them not giving me my military discount, to them not living my furniture in the hallway like they said they would. They left it outside. On top of that, they said the legs of the couch was super easy to install and that it came with a tool for me to do it. Lies !! It requires a drill. I purchased a couch & chaise for $875 on January 8th and used my R2G financing to pay. When I got my statement today, what both the salesperson who put my order together, the cashier and the manager who approved my purchase failed to mention is that you have to spend $1,000 to get promotional pricing at a R2G outlet, unlike the retail stores which will get you the best promotional pricing they can automatically. So now I've got to pay it off (because Synchrony Bank doesn't let you transfer your card balance to VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) in 25 days or be charged the predatory 30% until it is. The sad thing is that after purchasing my couch & chaise, I was so pleased with the prices and easy pickup that I bought another $250+ dollars of furniture. Now I just want to take it all back and get my money. I'd rather buy my mediocre furniture from somewhere that wants to actually keep my business. Except theres NO returns or refunds here. I will not be coming back. They lost several thousand dollars in business because I was planning on purchasing two bedroom sets in the near future. read more

terrible company I bought a huge sectional like two and a half years ago and purchased insurance on it and paid almost $300 for the insurance ,,,, and the salesperson said it included one free cleaning also a part on the furniture is broke and I did a claim and why is both of these these denied claim . be careful they scamming and it's sad that the company would allow this to be and take that much money . at this time I am disputing my claim. just sad . they don't even deserve a one star.. be careful folks. read more

I purchased a bed room set and asked about delivery and set up. The salesperson stated with a smile" sure we use a 3rd party contractor they will delivery and set up. So I agreed to the purchase . So when its is delivered the contactors stated we can not put it together I got another delivery. I have my own truck I could have pick it up myself. I was paying for delivery and set up. Please do not buy anything from this store. We bought a electric reclining sofa that quit working the same day it was delivered. Knowing that it was sold "as is" , we called the store asking for suggestions for a repair person, we were told they didn't have anybody but they would take it back since it was same day. We bought another manual reclining sofa which was cheaper. We were told initially that since it was sold "as is", we would get a store credit. But to our surprise, we were the told by Amy Blair that we would get a refund for the difference which we were very pleased with since it was doubtful we would buy from them again. Amy Blair lied to us about a refund being mailed back to us. Now being told it's only a credit. She told the delivery man to bring back all the paperwork so she could process the refund. I had a great experience at the place, when I couldn't find anything in person they told me that I could look online and purchase through there. I purchased a beautiful piece online, through the store and they processed everything. I guess you can say it is my fault for not asking about their delivery days, I was just told that my furniture would be delivered from 10-2. When trying to re -schedule due to my availability, I was told that they only deliver on Thursday's and if that piece do not get delivered it will be another couple weeks till they can go out again. Understandable, except the time frame just bugged me and I was split between cancelling the order or just taking off from my work, they do not do refunds after 48 hours. Ugh, so to make things worse, the day of the delivery they had called me letting me know that they would be able to deliver my furniture at 9:30! Note that, I have just moved here and have no sense of direction, as I had mentioned several times with the person delivering my furniture. It was frustrating because even though they were in contact with me the whole time, I couldn't tell them where to go (because I really did not know where they were). It was like trying to find two lost people together. All I know is that, when I put my address on my GPS it leads me to my house. That's what I was trying to explain the person (customer service) that was helping me after I called him because the delivery guy said he was heading out of the gate and that he is no longer able to deliver my furniture and told me to call the company. All I know is that I even went out to go look for them, only to find out that they were parked in a school down the street, my husband told me that they thought they would be leaving the gate if they went up my road (where i lived). My furniture was delivered after i forwarded the delivery guys number, and that was the end. My piece was delivered. Thanks to customer service for making sure it was delivered! read more

I have been through 4 replacement mattresses in 6 years, with the last one only lasting 3 months before 6-8 inches of sag in the middle, completely unusable, but now we must wait weeks to be able to take it back. I searched everywhere so I am aware of prices on CraIgs List and in the stores. I went looking for a king bedroom set that would not break the bank. We found one that we really liked and contrary to other peoples review, the price we paid for what we got was very reasonable. We got basically the same things we would have paid $5,000.00 for at another store for 1,100.00. yes, it has some scratches on it, but nothing that can't be handled with a paint pen. This will last some time and we will be more able to purchase that $5,000.00 set sometimes in the future. read more
