The possible reasons that I was given for the short in my account were: 1) The stickers fell off the bags 2) Someone may have placed their stickers over mine or removed my sticker to replace it with theirs...a chance I take with "drop off". 3) There might have been something "undesirable" in the bag & it was thrown out 4) Sometimes that happens I went to check the balance after my last drop off & the computer & the employee could not identify my account number. They found me a Jack Daniels Sinatra bottle that is very limited and they called me the second they got their hands on a bottle. Rooper's is a Maine staple and their staff is always friendly and accommodating. Mr. Rooper did a tremendous job building his business and expanding to other locations. I applaud him and his teams for continuing to raise the bar and set the standard for customer service.
