I had to wait even though I received an email on both were ready. Even the gentleman was saying that was not fair over and over. The employees in the pharmacy have no empathy whatsoever and are very rude. Never again will I go there... I found a smaller pharmacy. The CVS employees are excellent example of very poor customer service...

Last week I went into pick up a prescription after receiving a text that it was ready. There was an issue with my health insurance - definitely not the store's fault. I left. Spent a couple days dealing with the insurance company but ultimately got it done. Went back today. The woman at the drive through first told me there were no prescriptions for me. I showed her the texts and handed her my insurance card. After a few minutes she told me my insurance wasn't valid. I assured her it was - since I'd just confirmed with my carrier two hours earlier. "No" was still her answer. She handed my card back and I left. Went back to the store half an hour or so later, after again calling my insurance company. This time a friendly and competent person helped me. She put in my new number to update the system. Voila, everything was there. Sadly, this person was working on something else so handed me off to another employee. He looked at me and asked, "weren't you in here earlier?" Yes. This is my third time. "Your insurance isn't valid." Yes it is. The number has been updated. He told the woman who had been working at the window that she should have put in the beneficiary number first. He told me it would be another 20 minutes. It would have been really nice if (a) the first person I'd talked to actually did her job and checked the correct number, not just the name - and if she could (b) after I had to come back a second time and advocate for myself to get this properly done, actually filled it for me without making me wait another 20 minutes.

Went to the auto center for an oil change and was told that the wait would be an hour. Almost two…read morehours later and still not done. Was only offered $10 off the oil change for compensation. Was late for another appt. Absolute worst service ever!!!!! Do not use Walmart for any service.

This is been an ongoing problem ever since they got rid of the plastic bags and made us buy…read morereusable bags which by the way is the biggest corporate gift the state of Maine could have ever gave them the price of those bags built into every item you buy ultimately so I go shopping put the bags on the conveyor belt and load my groceries on the computer bill the woman behind the cash register looks at me thinking I'm going to bag these groceries the price of her bagging them is in the price of the item I bought by the way I said are you going to put those groceries in the bags? She says that's not my job can you believe that she actually said that's not my job? I asked her to get the manager three times she never did. I asked her out of the two of us which one of us works here? She says that's not my job. So evidently not only did we pay for the plastic bag that we didn't get we paid for the reusable bag and we have to put the groceries in the bag because somehow in this bamboozle we lost our right to service. I did save the receipt send a picture of that along with the story to corporate headquarters

I am disabled and he always makes sure I have help taking my groceries to my car.. I enjoy shopping here it is so much better than Walmart. I always find what I need. I love the fact that you actually have a butcher. The quality of the food is very good and the prices seem to be no more higher than Walmart and I don't have travel so far.

My whole family goes here and everyone always has great things to say about the Manager here she is one of the best Pharmacists in the area! I'm glad I made the switch here over a year ago!
