i wouldn't recommend this doctors office to anybody!! absolutely incompetent.b3cause of them my 80 year old mother who is pefectly fine to drive has had her license suspended from the dmv. they were supposed to submit forms to the dmv to prove that her driving faculties are fine. due to the negligence and incompetence of this practice,namely dr. lapp(nickname but they know who im talking about) this has caused my mother much undue stress and inconvenience .twice in the last month they have neglected to properly fill out the forms for dmv. after being asked to repeatedly.this quack didnt even know what forms they referred to. now again they have failed to properly do their job.and my mother has to go without her drivers license until they do what they are supposed to do. totally incompetent.im glad that this wasn't life threatening because they would have let her die!! and i will be contacting the ama over this.if you need a good dependable professional dr. dont go there. i only gave 1 star because theres not a place for negative stars. read more

N. Daniel Santacruz, MD was my dad's doctor. My dad was losing weight, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, was so weak he could hardly walk, and had swollen feet. He went to see this doctor on Monday July 11, 2022. The doctor did not do bloodwork at all. He didn't order any tests. His advice to my dad was to cut down on salt! That is it! One week later, I took my dad to the hospital, and he was diagnosed with a 20 cm mass on his liver that had spread to his lungs. He died the same week! How incompetent can any doctor be? To look at my dad, ANY ONE would be able to see that he was not well at all. My poor daddy. This man should not be able to practice medicine. Sure, he most likely wouldn't have been able to change the outcome, but intervention could have possibly provided us with more time together. When my dad went to the hospital, he was septic and having organ failure. I recommend staying away from this doctor. read more

Changed my doctors a few times, ended up here. I don't see me changing my doctor anytime soon. The staff is professional, the lab techs are so friendly while being professional, they make you feel comfortable,which is so important to me being that their sticking me with needles, I can't talk about them enough. The Doctors I've seen are very kind. The one I chosen is very down to earth, knowledgeable an kind as well. Wish I had her all the prior years. Called to schedule an appointment and because I stated I had a wheezing cough they said it was a sick appointment. I told her on the phone that I am asthmatic and need a new inhaler prescription the one I have is expired and I'm out. I've been seen there before but not for my asthma. They couldn't see me that day but made me an appointment two days later. A half hour before my appointment they called and said because of my cough they have to reschedule my appointment. Apparently because of the Doctors condition she is unable to see sick patients. First of all Since when is asthma contagious?? Second of all why wasn't this stated over the last two days? If I was sick and knew my Doctor wasn't seeing sick patients I could have gone to urgent care days ago. After trying to explain I just need to be seen to get an inhaler she told me they can pass the information along to urgent care and I can be seen there. If your sick go to a different doctor apparently this clinic only sees healthy patients. read more
