The beef was well seasoned and the potatoes and beans were hot and tasty. I ordered my eggs over easy and they were a bit more done than I would have liked, but this was a very minor issue. The flour tortillas that came with the meal were warm and tender with just the right amount of char. The potatoes were cooked just right, slightly crisp on the outside and tender and warm on the inside. The portion sizes were all very good. Enough to fill me up without feeling bloated. And finally, the coffee was outstanding. Rich and flavorful without a hint of bitterness. The service was excellent! I was waited on by two different waitresses and both were friendly and polite. I chose to eat outside, and was a little nervous that I'd be forgotten as I was the only one doing so, but they were attentive to my needs and did a nice job of checking up on me. The patio area was very clean and it was a nice alternative to have available. There were a few flies joining me, but this is Texas in the spring so that was to be expected! Overall a very pleasant experience and I'll be back to try some more selections off the menu. Highly recommended!

Worth the try. The bbq sauce was thicker than most with a touch of spice. Little spot. Only outdoor mostly covered seating. Service was okay could be a little quicker but I feel there was a disconnect this day. Maybe missing staff or things were out of order in the back. Nevertheless. Really surprising spot and I would highly recommend to make the trip. I know I will and I'm about an hour away.
