The manager Tilda called me 10 minutes before my large delivery was suppose to be delivered. I placed the order the day before online through the app. She called and told me they couldn't deliver because my payment said it was "pending". I paid with a corporate Amex card and I have never had issues. She then proceeded to cancel the order and call me for payment over the phone or else they would not deliver. At this point I am 20 minutes into my presentation at the college. i had to stop and go to my vehicle to get my card to give it to her over the phone. She was rude and refused to deliver until I gave her the card over the phone. I then called her and she gave me some random number to what was suppose to be her supervisor and it went to voicemail. I will be contacting corporate.
