They have excellent food, a diverse menu, huge quantities, and excellent prices. Service is great and fast. We ordered chicken dinners to go tonight and I went to pick up on time. I waited for 20 minutes in the takeout area before someone came out to see if they could help me. They had lost my order.? He asked me what it was, I told him and he said he'd be back in a few minutes. As promised, he came back in a few minutes, with my order. He said it was on the house, with apologies. I brought it back to the room, and, as usual, the food was excellent, and we couldn't eat all of it. Thank you for going above and beyond expectations!!

I asked the waitress who confirmed they don't season it and only use the cornmeal but advised there was salt on the table. I asked if they could put some cayenne pepper and other spices in the batter and she said no. The tartar sauce isn't homemade, it's in a packaged cup. The mac and cheese and bbq pulled pork was just okay. The meat was overdone as if the entree was sitting in the cast iron skillet for two hours warming. The desserts are portioned for four people and disgustingly sweet. They would be more successful if they offered a regular portion and costed less. Crab legs are the only meal I like here, solely because I like crab and don't make it at home.

My grandma used…read moreto take me here all the time, and I loved their food -- it was one of those hometown staples that felt comforting and special. Because of that history, I came in with high hopes, but I left incredibly disappointed. The service was awful. Our server, Christy, was friendly to me but noticeably rude to my husband, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It was such a strange, almost hostile energy at the table, and it immediately soured the experience. Then the food came, and it was nothing like it used to be. What used to taste like good, home-style cooking now felt bland, poorly prepared, and honestly not worth eating. I could tell right away it wasn't the same standard Smith's used to be known for. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. Even though there were quite a few people inside, the restaurant was silent. At first, I thought it was odd, but after tasting the food and experiencing the service, it made sense. People weren't enjoying themselves. The silence said everything. It breaks my heart to write this, because Smith's used to mean so much to me growing up. But this visit left me disappointed, uncomfortable, and sad that a place once so loved has lost the warmth and quality it used to have.

This is hands-down the best food our family has ever had -- and we are not easy to impress. From the very first bite, you can taste the freshness, the flavor, the care. It's not just food... it's an experience. The bento boxes? Unreal. Every single time. Generous portions, perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced -- it's like getting a little treasure chest of happiness. My whole family devours theirs without a single complaint (which, if you have kids, you know is basically a miracle). And the sushi? I am OBSESSED. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly rolled, and so good it makes you close your eyes mid-bite. It's the kind of sushi that ruins other sushi for you. Once you've had it, nothing else compares. Everything is consistently amazing. The flavors are bold without being overwhelming, the ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell there's pride behind every plate. Kiko's isn't just a place we grab dinner -- it's our favorite place. Period. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out on something special. We will absolutely keep coming back. Again and again and again.

Then we found Kiko Hibachi and Sushi Express...and wow, what a great surprise! The food was super fresh, really tasty, and beautifully presented. Everything came out looking just as good as it tasted, which made it feel like more than just a quick meal. The staff was also so friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We're really happy to have found a spot like this right here in town. This will definitely be one of our family's regular go-tos from now on.
