I know that I came out to look at a different boy and my experience with the two of you was amazing. I felt I had known you for years and felt so at ease. I could tell that both of you are focused on matching people with the right horse and care so much about all of these wonderful animals. Your facility is beautiful and all of the horses are so well cared for. When you brought Teddy out after I tried my initial pick, I was instantly in love and knew he was the one for me.  You both made the process of purchasing a horse across the country stress free and easy. You got us matched with a great shipping service and prepared me for all the supplies, feed, etc I would need.  Most importantly, you found me my best friend. I have known and had many horses in my life, but Teddy is truly special. He is always looking to learn and please and has the biggest heart. We went on our first trail ride today and he was a super star. Cheryl and Kelsey work very hard to make sure that is not your experience when working with them. They are honest, transparent, and passionate, and work hard to match potential owners to their horses. I worked with Cheryl and Kelsey for a few months to find the right horse. At one point, I was really liking one of the horses they had available, but Kelsey communicated that she felt I would have a more successful partnership with a different horse. I appreciated her honesty, and felt like they were truly working to find me the right horse - not just trying to make a quick sale. After a few months of searching, Kelsey messaged me that they had a horse that would fit all of the checkpoints that I wanted, and had the correct temperament to fit my beginner needs. It was love at first sight when they sent me his video. When I went to try him in person, he was even better than expected. He was everything they said he was and more. Three years later, I still consider him the perfect horse. He has received nothing but the highest of compliments from everyone that has met him. He is sweeter and kinder than any horse I have ever met. Moreover, as a first time horse owner, Kelsey and Cheryl were there to support me even after bringing him home. They provided us with some very detailed information regarding switching his feed, grooming product, and even tack suggestions. I always get a few messages a year from them checking in on us, and cheering on our progress. If I ever have questions, I don't hesitate to drop them a message, knowing that they are happy to help. I honestly can't wait to be in the position to buy another horse, because I know exactly who I am going back to! They were able to give us many options from a local kill shelter (without us feeling pressured- really!) and then followed through with all the information we could ask for about the dogs we were interested in. Jillian was constantly available and willing to work with us when it came to transportation for our new pup. We received constant updates with pictures from both Jillian and Chad, which made us feel included through the entire adoption process; from them pulling him out from the kill shelter and then rehabilitating him until we were able to adopt.
