This salon is the bees knees! So stinkin' cute inside with an absolutely incredible staff. I couldn't get over how transported I felt when I was there getting my hair done. Such a classic, old school feel with a modern twist. It is spotless inside, not to mention it smells incredible. The music they were playing made me feel beautiful and inspired... everything was litperfect there. There aren't enough words to describe my love for Meagan. I highly recommend Samantha Jean at Rooted. She was relaxed. She showed compassion towards my 13 year daughter and regarded her as the most important client in the seat! She took time to answer her questions. She made her smile and laugh. The usual uncomfortable hang-ups I have experienced at other salons was NOT there! Clarissa was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had a stroke last week because of Covid and I look like I don't do my hair and make up but I do I just can't right now. When I let her know I just got out of the hospital her answer to that was well let's just do your hair up. What an amazing heart and an amazing person. I think I have found my new hairdresser. My hair was feeling very boring and I really didn't like how it looked. My usual hairstylist was not available so I decided to try this place out since a friend of mine told me it was great and her hair is so cute. I was able to get an appointment for the next day with Andrea. She was super sweet and talked to me throughout the appointment which was really nice. I came in not really knowing what I wanted done and I told her to just do whatever she felt would look best. She told me her plan first before doing it and asked me how I felt about it. I really appreciated that! She even gave me some tips for how to style it with no heat since I don't curl my hair often and she recommended some nice products to me. I have found my forever hair home! Andrea does my daughter's hair, color and cuts and has also done her hair extensions. She's the BEST! She also works on clients in Beverly Hills in the days she's not in Redlands. When she got her hair extensions done you couldn't tell they were extensions. Her hair looked gorgeous!!
