Rory's is the best !! Never had anything bad here. My favorite is the Colorado steak sandwich with potato salad!! Fantastic!! My husband tried the pork tenderloin sandwich which was also a winner !! I got the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Coming from the south, I know when a biscuit and gravy slaps. This one does! I enjoyed every bite I took! They had two option for gravy, a sausage, and a jalapeño. I don't do spice, but the sausage gravy was great! The sauce to meat ratio was perfect! The biscuits were super moist! It had great flavor! I ordered the fish and chips and must say, as a fish and chips connoisseur, it was the best I have ever had. The batter was light and crispy and the tartar sauce I am still dreaming about. The burgers are so yummy, the fries and sides all superb. They have jalapeño gravy that rocked our socks off! Their fresh pastries we took with us and devoured later...fresh and perfect cherry turnover's. I was going to give it 3 stars but we ended up getting sick from the food (possibly from the potato salad, which is unfortunate cause that was the only thing that really "wow-ed" us.) Really great, easy going Sunday breakfast for my husband & I. Decent amount of people inside around 8AM but still seated immediately & was able to find plenty of parking. Even with only 2 waitresses on staff, they were incredibly nice & on top of service. My husband & I loved of breakfast burrito & quesdilla. Both were very filling & tasted delicious. My wife and I are locals who try to come here as often as we can! The food in general is always well prepared and comes out in a timely manor. They've always made good on an incorrect order without correction, and that means a lot, even though this is a rare occurrence. The food here is to die for. The staff are extremely kind and quick. They also go above and beyond their duty and are kind to everyone. The style of the dinner is adorable and is very nostalgic. I recommend rory's dinner to all my friends and family. The prices for the food are very fair for the size but the quality of the food is much higher than you pay for. I loved my French Dip sandwich on a fresh hoagie, tender roast beef, really tasty au jus, with homemade potato salad. Food was alright. The place was pretty dirty. I sat next to a window with dead flies in it. The servers were obviously tired and a lot of the food runners were being loud and shouting. I really enjoyed my experience here at this diner. I'm not usually a diner kind of gal, but I did enjoy this. The food was amazing. The lemon and blueberry French toast was to die for. The corn beef and hash could've used less green onions but It was still delicious. And like my photo caption read, the Monte Cristo is 'all gone'. A Monte Cristo is a fried ham and cheese sandwich, a variation of the French croque- monsieur Parker, Colorado has a new restaurant that is a great spot for you and your family.
