I recently visited this restaurant and found the food to be just okay. The turkey sausage was overcooked and way too dry for my liking, which was disappointing. I was hoping for something a bit more flavorful and enjoyable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner spot in Parker. It has a diner vibe. I met a friend for breakfast and the parking was easy it is shared with other businesses in the strip mall. The waitress Mari was friendly and checked in on us throughout the meal to refill coffee and make sure all was good. I had coffee with almond milk (no oat milk option) and the perfect plate. It comes with corn or flour tortillas (I chose flour) which are covered with 2 eggs any style (over medium for me please!) along with pork green chile, cheddar jack melted cheese, avocados (at least 1/4 to 1/2 an avo) sour cream and pico de gallo. It is served with hashbrowns or breakfast potatoes. I chose the breakfast potatoes. Everything was good. The green chile was thin and I didn't get much pork in it. The eggs were cooked perfectly with yolk spilling out when I cut into them. The coffee was fine. Good but nothing I'd run back for. The meal was filling and price very fair. One of the few places open on Thanksgiving Day, and I want to applaud you for it. Thank you for staying open and feeding us! It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to find tables dressed with red linen and Christmas decorations -- a festive touch that really brightened the atmosphere. Very nice. I ordered the Bloody Mary, and it was an eye-opener. Huge, loaded, perfectly balanced, and at an awesome price. I'd come back just to have that again. Food-wise, my breakfast chorizo wrap smothered in green chile really hit the spot -- very good. However, the avocado toast was not great. It tasted like heavily buttered regular toast with smashed avocado, and it came with basic leafy greens instead of the arugula listed on the menu. I honestly could have made a better version at home. We had to get tires replaced and right across the street was the cutest cafe! The food was spectacular and the service outstanding. It was so enjoyable, we went back the next day for breakfast again!! I highly recommend the poblano omelet, stuff full with tender steak strips and cheese and cover in the best poblano sauce I've ever had, and their potted were crisp and full of flavor. Our group arrived at noon and the restaurant was full. Parking was tricky as it's a shared lot for the strip. Fortunately one of my friends had arrived early and claimed a booth for us. The menu has a great variety of items from breakfast, lunch and dinner and between the four of us we had at least one from each. The food was good and the portions seemed large. Our server was Mari who was friendly bur forgot about a couple of our requests. There was another man who brought out our food and he quickly got the things Mari didn't. First visit - They've been open awhile, so decided it was time to go. We love the idea of a local diner open at dinner time. Unfortunately, we were not impressed. The crowd was sparse (which is perhaps a clue). Our server was friendly and did well. The table was covered with a red cloth, and there were cloth napkins, and fresh flowers on the table. Very unusual for a diner! The food, however, was nothing at all special. I had a BLAT sandwich, it was fine. Lettuce very crisp. Fries were generic, most likely right out of a freezer bag. Hubby had a cheeseburger. It was good, fresh, done to his order. Side was steamed broccoli and carrots, not overcooked. So, then why the "meh" review? The prices! The burger price was comparable to Black Haus, and nowhere near the quality. If the prices here were $4-5 less, we'd come all the time. Wish they would ditch the tablecloths and cloth napkins and fresh flowers, and with the savings lower the prices to a more reasonable range for a diner. Don't have a reason to return. The food was amazing, and we loved all of it. Our server, Ana was not amazing. She barely checked in with us and often disappeared, leaving us without water for 20 ish minutes. We also notice she failed to greet other customers at a timely manner. She got the "Perfect Omelete" with her carb choice being a pancake, I got the "Breakfast Sandwich". Both tasted amazing, great portion around $14-$15. Pleasantly surprised with the value. This mom and Pop café is everything that Parker needs in terms of great food, kind people, great prices and of course, the absolute best bloody Mary that exists on earth. My recommendation to the owner is that they should bottle the bloody Mary mix and sell it at The Local and Denver area, farmers markets. I was excited by the prospect of a new place in town for eats. Went in for dinner I was pretty underwhelmed- the inside is nothing special but that was fine. The service was spotty at best. The waiter seemed inexperienced but was friendly. After ordering the menus were left on the table, the appetizer plate was left on the table, along with dinner plates until after we paid the check Strange also was the crepes I had came on a piping hot plate and the side was mixed greens with tomato's and no dressing just sitting there wilting away on the hot plate. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The food itself is just ok at best, however the prices are comparable to breakfast/brunch places that have much better quality. Mari is a wonderful hostess and I plan on visiting this establishment many times in the future as it is next to my laundromat. I had a Peach Bellini, 6oz Sirloin with veggies and mashed potatoes. Stopped in Sunday morning after going to Los Dos Portrillos and walking out after sitting at a table for 10 minutes with server after server walking by and not acknowledging us. A quick "breakfast near by" search led us here. I just have to say "wow!" We sat at the bar and got great service. We got the daily special chicken fried chicken along with the eggs Benedict. Both were fantastic, hash browns might he the best I've ever had, eggs probably the perfect cooked over medium (and poached on the Benny). We'll definitely be back. Also, as a side note... I'll never understand why people leave reviews similar to mine and then give 4 stars. This is not a 5 star Michelin restaurant, and that's not the point of yelp. If food and service are fantastic, leave 5 stars. Otherwise you're just hurting their business. read more

I finally came in to try this breakfast place. It did not disappoint. The Colorado Omelet was delicious and the hashbrowns were perfectly cooked! I like mine crispy and soft. The Omelet was fluffy and full of delicious ingredients in every bite! My waitress was nice and courteous. Enjoyed my breakfast. They have a full service bar too. The coffee was medium perk, which is fine. I love mine stronger. The place is very welcoming and very clean. It was busy when I arrive at 9:30. It's still busy as I write this. Great place for families and friends! The bar seat 14. They have booths, tables, and high top tables. The menu has many options including vegetarian choices. They make crepes, benedicts, pancakes, and Omelets. They offer many choices of coffee and teas. They also have mimosas and other cocktails. Freshly made soups too! Me and The Hubs had breakfast here a couple of weeks ago. There were a couple of missteps, but overall, it was a positive experience. The restaurant itself is very pleasant with lots of windows and natural light. The tables (except in the bar area) have tablecloths and fresh flowers (a very nice touch). Napkins are cloth and water glasses are glass (not the plastic ones I hate). Again, nice. Service was friendly and efficient and our server checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The menu has breakfast, lunch and dinner options with the breakfast section having the most to choose from. After perusing the menu, The Hubs selected the Poblano Omelet (eggs, diced steak, roasted poblano, onions, jack cheese, avocado and poblano cream sauce) with hash browns. I chose The Perfect Omelet (eggs, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, pepper jack, topped with cherry tomatoes - with a choice of bacon, ham, sausage, or turkey sausage) with house potatoes. All omelets come with either hash browns, house potatoes, or fruit and choice of toast. The food was good, but some things needed a little work. I thought my omelet was a little dry and didn't realize until after I ate and we had left that the cheese was missing from it. I would have let them know if I had realized it at the time (who doesn't notice there's no cheese in their omelet??!) The house potatoes are cubed red potatoes cooked with some herbs. They were good except a few of the pieces were undercooked. The hash browns The Hubs had were cooked all the way through, but could have used a little more browning and crisping time for the exterior. Perfect Time hasn't been open very long (just a few weeks, I think) so I think they are most likely working hard to get things perfected. It's a nice place with friendly people and good food.
