The pizza, sandwiches, and salad are good. Pastrami sammich is great! Not too much pastrami, but then again its only $7-8. Next time ill ask for extra meat. It was good enough though. Got a x-large pizza half pepperoni and jalapeno and half mushroom and sausage. Absolutely amazing pizza. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And for 22 bucks totally worth it. My family and I have been going to this place for years. Excellent pizza! I have never been disappointed. The giant pizza is more than enough to feed a good sized family. The antipasto salad is one of the best! We always order at least two whenever we order pizza. The pastrami sandwich will satisfy the craving. If you want to eat good this is where you want to be. These slices are pretty big!! Even if you just order a single one, it's a good size. The flavor was good. Not salty, yet oily, as you would expect a pizza to be. We reheated a few slices, a few days later, in a toaster oven. It was still just a good and the first day!!! Not chewy at all!!!! Which you always expect from reheated pizza. I ordered an XL size pizza. We were told it would not be enough for 6 people, so we ordered a 2nd one. But one pizza definitely was enough. They do have a display, made with lights, to show the sizes available, and the XL was actually a bit larger than the wall display. They do have a giant size pizza. Slice of Pizza looked Amazing......but took a chance on Turkey sandwich combo and WOW! They had my attention when they placed the sandwich in the pizza oven! This place is prettyy good for a giant ny pizza place. This crust is a little thicker than the other places in the area so it will fill you up with less slices. I had left overs after a party for 3 days. The ingredients they use are pretty spot on and you pay a litttle extra for the quality. CASH ONLY, for a giant pepperoni pizza came out to exactly 28.50. The owner of this place is the rudest person I have ever encountered in fast food service. He does not value his customers one bit. I ordered an extra large pizza by phone, and when I went to pick it up the pizza he made me was a large. I told him I asked for an extra large and he pretty much called me a liar and then proceeded to show me what he wrote down on his note pad when I called in. I told him that he wrote it down wrong and made the wrong size and he still was saying I didn't order the extra large. He rung me up for a large and looked at me for payment and only because I was so hungry I took the pizza anyway. I don't recomend giving any business to this man. The "giant size" pizza is perfect for parties, I mistakenly ordered a "Large" expecting the big one. Gi-normous! I can get it into my empty trunk, but you might wanna bring a SUV or van. Crazy big. $25.99 for the 28" with (3)-toppings. Thin crust, but not super crispy, with a sauce that's on the sweet side, but really tasty. I just finished my lunch there. They make good food! I had the pizza by the slice. both with pepperoni and and green bell peppers and the garlic bread. The slices are Big. The crust pretty damn good. The sauce was a bit different but almost the same as most places. The cheese may have been slightly less quality. It does look very appitising ! just a cheese slice now costs 2.39 and 60 cents a topping. The garlic bread was 1.30 Not that impressive! i wont order it again. total was over 9 bucks. I was full after 1 slice + the garlic bread and I am a big guy. roughly 4 dollars for 1 slice with two toppings. I can get a large pizza for 5 bucks at littleC'z Last time I got the Gyro combo. I have a lot of good things to say about "Rosa's"! This place has the best pizza in Chula Vista. I am a pizzaholic, so they get my business every week. Their pasta dishes are great. Their sandwiches are excellent. They use top quality ingredients. Main complaint from others and myself is that they do not except debit or credit cards. ( I keep telling them they should). My actually star rating is 4.5. This place is best for take out, especially for family's. Seating is limited to a few tables. I walked in and a woman was putting food into to-go containers with her bare hands (touching fries, sandwiches etc) and was not wearing a mask. All other employees (except one young employee) had their masks pulled down, off of their mouths. Somebody should call a health inspector on these guys. read more

This place is the best! I have been going there for almost 25 years. The pizza is delicious (not greasy) the hot subs are delicious I have try all but my favorite is the ham and pepperoni combo comes with big fries and a salad with the best house dressing I have ever try.
