The first clue it was wrong was that it contained feta (husband is intolerant to dairy), secondly it was missing the additional chicken kebab. Upon returning to the counter, we noticed multiple people ahead of us were sending back their food because they also experienced mistakes. It took the staff about 15 mins to make a new bowl for my husband, which was wrong again. They gave him a totally different bowl, which just had one chicken skewer sitting on top and it was missing the double chopped chicken. Because of the additional protein, we paid a hefty price for my husband's bowl. We contacted Luna Grill via their app to make it right and provide a refund. We haven't heard back from them. We didn't go up to the counter a 2nd time because, again, the lines were getting backed up from customers continuing to send back their food.
