Roasted vegetable pizza with no cheese and very short on vegetables

The manager called to explain what happened and asked that give them another try. We did go back, the week after. I'm glad to report that the every thing was perfect and the crew was very friendly. I don't expect that a restaurant will never make a mistake... I can live with the misses when the restaurant acknowledges the issues and addresses the problems.

Solid choice for Italian if you live in Chula Vista. Otherwise, the really good choices are in North Park and Little Italy. Service and weather was amazing. My waiter checked on me to make sure the meal and everything were good. I'll definitely explore the menu next time I come, but it's a solid first experience. Cheers!

Our first time here. Saw the reviews and liked what I saw and read. So glad we came. The place is quiet and nice. The tables and booths are spaced nicely. We were greeted by the friendly staff and our server Ana was very polite. Narciso who was bussing the tables was also really attentive. We ordered the lasagna and meetzilla baked penne pasta. Both servings were large enough for our appetite. We had to get a box to take the leftovers and the best part is we get to enjoy the food a second time. The cheese on both plates was so good. The meat, pasta, sauce and bread all tasted so fresh. It's been awhile since I've had good Italian food. I live in Oceanside but I will be making this a stop anytime I'm back in the area.

Saw the lunch special sign outside, looked at the time, and thought I'd grab a bite since i was within those hours! Once being reeled in by the sign and sat down, realized the sign outside was false advertisement. It's only Monday - Friday... when i questioned why is the sign out, they stated it's because they have new hours for lunch. I suggested them to add the days available on the sign also. I'm sure they do it on purpose, and it worked. Second disappointment was them being out of Dr Pepper. Ordered a calzone, it was good, not much more to say about this place.

First time at this restaurant in the terranova shopping center with the wife. The waiter was on point and very attentive. Wish I would've caught his name. Eating here felt like I was part of the family. Reasonably priced and the portions were generous.

Came for my daughter's birthday and we were not disappointed. The server was super friendly and took our order quickly. I ordered the stuffed cheese ravioli and it was delicious. My daughter had the vegan bolognese and son had the baked penne with meat and they both loved it. The price is a little high, but the portions are large, so it's worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Parking down here definitely isn't easy, but we luckily found a spot nearby. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet when we arrived, which I'm sure had a lot to do with the game. We were the only guests at first, but by the time we left there were several other tables dining. From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely phenomenal. Our server made us feel so welcomed. We ordered: * Focaccia Bread: I personally would have liked it a little crispier, but you could tell it was fresh, and it had really nice flavor. * Burrata & Strawberry Salad: light, refreshing, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I added a little balsamic vinaigrette for extra flavor, but overall it was fantastic. * Amatriciana (with added meatballs$: you can add meatballs for $7, and they also offer add-ons like shrimp or burrata for around $6-$8. The homemade pasta completely stole the show. The noodles were fresh, perfectly cooked, and honestly some of the best pasta I've had in San Diego. The meatballs were huge, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Two was the perfect amount. To top it all off, they surprised me with flan and a dessert wine for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the night even more special. Overall, this place absolutely lived up to the hype. The restaurant is cute, clean, and welcoming. The service was outstanding, and the in-house pasta is incredible. Prices are a little on the higher side, but with the location and quality, it's completely worth it. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

You can tell the staff really pays attention to their guests. Plates and glasses get cleared almost immediately, and it doesn't matter who walks by ; everyone is attentive and willing to help out. At one point we realized we were missing a knife, and before I could even finish asking for one, a waiter who wasn't our server noticed and said, "I'll bring it right over." It's small moments like that, that really make the experience stand out. Now for the food! Pasta night is easily our favorite. I'm really picky about pasta, and we usually don't go back to the same place over and over unless we really enjoy it, but this has become our regular Tuesday dinner spot. Being able to build your own pasta is fun, the cheese bread is amazing, and everything we've tried has been consistently good. We also checked out pizza night and really enjoyed it, plus the beer specials on Mondays are great. Overall, this place just gets it right. Cozy atmosphere, amazing service, and food that keeps us coming back. Definitely recommend it.

I recently came by for my first time and bought a chicken parmesan sandwich. First off, the staff were very welcoming and genuine. Second, the food came out quickly and they gave me a side of chips which I didn't even expect. The sandwich was great. The tomato sauce was very well-crafted--a little sweet and bursting with flavor. The chicken cutlet was perfectly fried, not oily, and was pretty juicy. I'd definitely recommend this spot at least for the chicken parmesan, but the level of flavor that was in it makes me believe most of the menu is great. Slices of mild Italian sausage were mixed in with the noodles along with bell peppers, onions, and garlic in an arrabiata sauce. The sausage was not spicy at all, however the sauce had more kick to it than I expected. The order came with a breadstick which I used to buffer the heat from the sauce. The portion size was decent for the price while the service was courteous from the lady who took my order.
