I used to come here. $180 a pop every month. Now I do clusters and it only takes 10 minutes.

I would find an independent lash tech. This is a very corporate scam like vibe, not realistic. I made a same day appointment and paid the 50$ deposit for a classic fill. I called within my 15 min grace period to reschedule because something came up and I was not going to make it in time. I asked to reschedule for the next day. The receptionist said I had to pay another 50$ and in total it would be $160 for a fill. The original price is $85. I was going to pay double just to reschedule. It's insane especially since I was asking to reschedule not to cancel and it's a fill. Save you time and money. These people are robotic, and I'm sure they've had to reschedule an appointment in their lifetime and never had to pay double to do so. read more

I got my lashes done today and I was so disappointed. My friend recommended me to this place and the workers seem to not know what was going on. The stylist I saw was very sweet. However the other half of the customer service today was super unprofessional. Don't waste your time and MONEY!!! I love the hybrid look as it looks very natural, and that she takes the time to listen to what I like. We had experimented with color lashes which is always fun. I had a less than perfect first experience here, but was so pleasantly surprised with the lengths that the owner and staff went to to make things right. Great customer service is important and they took my critique to heart, squeezing me in for a follow up appointment right away. I saw Tessa this time and she was a total sweetheart. I am visiting from Los Angeles and needed a fill on my lashes , I found lash lounge bear my moms place and although their prices were higher than what I pay in LA which is wild for lake Mary Florida I decided to do it because I figured it would be amazing quality. Sadly I went on the 14th and had to already go back on the 15th due to some gaps. I told them I was leaving for Miami for 10 days and wanted them perfect . I even bought their bundle package with the proper eye makeup up remover and serum etc , mind you I've been getting my lashes done for ages and never did that but I thought hey if it will make it last great . My review is specifically for Sailys but i've never had a bad experience at this location. I saw that someone left a bad review for her and I implore you to take bad reviews with a grain of salt. I loved my lashes (see pic below). I got the classic level 1 because i'm cheap but she still made sure I looked good with the minimal price point. She was much quicker than some of the people i've had before and a great person to talk to. We laughed the entire time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am not the biggest fan of this place. I spent over a hundred dollars on lashes that Google says last an average of 6-8 weeks. My lashes lasted two and a half. When this was brought up to the staff they told me their lashes only last usually a maximum of three weeks. This place is not worth the money. read more

Did not receive what I paid $120 for. I've lost about 7 lash clusters per eye, my stylist took a 20 minute call during my appointment, my lashes were not filled up. The manager told me every lash stylist has a different technique and that's why my lashes look so sparse after paying for a hybrid DRAMATIC fill. If results vary THAT much between stylists then your company has a training issue. I only got refunded for the dramatic upgrade. I'm still losing clumps of lashes and I just got them done yesterday. They don't care about kw ping you as a client, they only care about keeping as much of your money as possible and not making it right. SOOO disappointed in this company. I had been wanting to get my lashes done for a while, I recently became very insecure and I feel like mascara just makes my problems so much worse. I saw the lash lounge has a discount for first time guests and I put in my info.. about 15 minutes later the salon called and answered all my questions, I booked an appointment right then. Today I went in for my appointment, I got there early, I called and was able to walk in and use the restroom. The inside is so adorable, and there was no wait. Kellie was my lash artist. I was able to customize exactly what I wanted with the length in different sections and all. I got a hybrid full set, and added on mink. Not worth the price. A classic is full set is $159. Not $100. The way it's marketed it's a bit deceiving. I've been to a handful of different Lash women and this is the first time it seems like they don't Lash every Lash or enough to where it looks full for a classic. And when my lashes got singed for whatever reason that I can't figure out how that would happen and they can't figure out how I could've done it. I was stuck needing a full set instead of full which I would have obviously done but I didn't know it would be 159. And I was stuck in the membership where I was supposed to get a fill next. I had one left.. Which is a value of $65. But 159+ $39 I'd have to pay for removal and they would subtract 65 that from it. Which is still way too much. Just wanted someone to be understanding that this is a situation I didn't see coming with my lashes being singed but instead of helping me out so that I could have a good experience here still they just only will help you if you continue to be a member, which I already told them I get my lashes For only special occasions and that I wasn't wanting to do more lashes until a couple months. But now they get to keep my $65. Now. I understand how "membership "works but things happen. I paid for two discounted fills. I was willing to pay full price for the one fill I did instead of the discounted of two fills. I didn't ask for any discounts. any refunds. I was just hoping to not lose that money. This was my first time getting lash extentions, I usually wear strips if I have a special occasion but its always a hit-or-miss for me to get them on. I got a Hybrid lash extensions done by Tessa H. and OMG she did and AMAZING job on my set!! I'm forever changed!!
