I love this place. They do online booking, but I have called same day and gotten in almost every time. They are super friendly. It's a bigger location, so there are lots of nail techs available. He stopped more than 15 times to talk to others and go to the front. When having a front desk person and you are taking clients, focus on your customer and not everything else. Like that you wont get that many guest retention. After telling him I had some where to be he still did it multiple times. Stop micromanaging everything. I had one the most relaxing spa days. I opt for mani and pedi. Joy was the one who took vare of both for me. She listened and asked me questions to make sure I was happy with her work. She even took her time with the exfoliating on my legs and feet. She went slowly so it didn't bother my nerves. I was extr5thankful for that. The staff was friendly and greeted me once I walked in. I've been going to another nail salon for 4 years and I LOVE my nail tech, despite not having the "perfect" nails, but she was still pretty damn good, but unfortunately she was booked for the day I needed and I didn't have time to wait since it was last minute so I started googling and looking at reviews and stumbled upon Foxie Nail Bar and I spoke to someone over the phone about wanting a specific tech based off reviews but that specific nail tech only does special designs and I told them that I'm so scared because I'm very ocd with my nails not looking "weird" and he promised me he'd put me with someone good so I said that was fine. LET ME TELL YOU, the place was beautiful inside first off. The customer service was 10/10. I was trying to type on my phone with the plastic gloves on and someone came to me and gave me a stylus without me asking (which I never do, I just struggle typing and that's fine). The manager was the person I had spoken to on the phone and he even came up to me to ask me how I'm feeling and if my nail tech was doing well which HE WAS. I've never had such pretty French tips, so precise and natural looking. His name is Brian. He also did my French pedicure and my feet looked beautiful. I have to say, this place might have changed my mind....this might be my new go-to spot. I've been here a few times, some experiences were good others not so much. Of all the times I've been the last time I went in was not a pleasant experience. I ended up getting acrylic tip only and they were not done well at all. Not shaped nicely, a lot of stuff underneath the nails. Too thin for the white tip. I was also overcharged. All I did was get French tip and one tiny design on one nail for each hand and it was $85+ so with tip I paid about $100. I shouldn't have tipped but I did because I felt rude not to. The reason I gave 3 stars was because of the inconsistency with this place. The only way I'll go back is if Mimi does my nails. She seems like the best nail tech there that I've had. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give zero stars I would. Every nail is a different length, a different shape, and was not what I requested. My mother had to take the file and file her own nails at one point, and was even charged for shaping (when she did it herself). When my mother requested to not have gel on top of her nails because she is severely allergic, they talked about her in Vietnamese, and did not communicate in English what they were doing to her nails. They charged $45 for dip base (which my nail tech Nathan did not even put on) and $5 for tips (which were practically brought down to my natural nail length) and then $5 for shaping (which was a mix of pointy, round, and different lengths). I can say the only positive thing about this experience was leaving. If you are looking for a good and well priced nail tech, go to Anne at AT nails in Oviedo. A bit of a drive, but she is worth it. read more
