I was never unhappy but I did question him and ask questions. He told me to stay off the Internet and listen to my doctor. He became very angry. Because of our many years together and because I thought he and his staff truly cared I was expecting if they had a problem they would talk to me, not get angry. We could have worked it out. He told me I had kidney stones. I did not. He told me I had gastroparesis. I did not. I also believe he forgot to send results of my urinalysis to my urologist which delayed treatment for days. I was and still am in chronic pain and physically unwell. My concierge doc who I believed in, in spite of the errors,suggested I seek help elsewhere. This doctor in my opinion, is not qualified to be a primary . At the lowest point of my life, scared, in pain, and emotionally distraught, he turned his back.

From Jody Wilwert in his office who was so patient and clear in describing the procedure, to the members of his team who were spot-on professional and caring. Dr. Kucera was not only professional but personable, a really good listener. From the time I was checked in to the time I left, the doctors, nurses and office staff made a not -fun test a positive experience. I have 2 separate events that reinforce my bad experience. EVENT 1. I have a syndrome that required rapid colonoscopy-endoscopy in Dec 2021. Despite much "sweet talk" from Dr Kucera and his PA at consult - I received no follow-up. Despite calling daily/begging for results for several polyps - nobody bothered to call - responding several days later citing the "holidays" as the delay and the person complained about working 12 hr shifts, being understaffed. It didn't seem to matter that I was very concerned about Cancer! EVENT 2. I have hemorrhoids for removal and have called several times to reschedule apt (as I sit here, 2 weeks without call back - despite being "assured" by receptionist. Totally unprofessional. Be warned.

Told me to have a seat. I was called quickly at which time she never returned my documents. Met with Dr. Troum and he explained the colonoscopy to me. I left and made an appointment ( A tow month wait for first available) I left and receptionist never returned my information. Not a phone call nothing. A couple of days before my procedure was to be done the office called to cancel saying the Dr. was unavailable. They tried to make another appointment again I would have to wait another 2 Months I said I would just go somewhere else. A day later I got a call and they said I could come in June 25th and I would only have to wait a month. On June 21st I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. I hurried and called the office wondering if I would still be able to make the appointment and if not than they still had time to have someone take my place. I was told that I could still come. The day before the surgical center called and said I could not come. The office called me back and told me I would have to wait another two months now. August 20th was the next date. On August 15th at around 4 PM I received a call from the office saying the Dr. was overbooked and I would have to make a 4th appointment! I explained that I needed to come on the date I was scheduled because I have been waiting already for six months and I would be leaving town indefinitely to take care of my ailing father. She said she would call me back. Today I have had no call back, still unsure of what my outcome will be and have no idea when I can now have it done. I wouldn't go back to them under any circumstance!
