At first, as i was looking though their photos on yelp I didn't see example balloon garlands, so I was little unsure on their ability to do the job. When they came to my families house, I was told nothing but kind things from my relatives on how sweet they were and what a wonderful job they did. They loved it so much :) Seeing it for myself I was so shocked on how they were able to frame my families gazebo so perfectly. It was more than I could ask for. For weeks, we've left multiple messages and even took the time to drive to their location (which is open) to be told they simply can't be bothered with local rentals or our annual rental anymore. Not sure why Aida didn't return any of our messages to tell us so we could book with another rental place? Good thing WE followed up and our event is still a few weeks out, or we'd still be waiting and likely out of luck. I'm a firm believer in karma. That the way you treat people who've given you their business and money for years matters. Obviously, Advanced Party Rentals does not, and eventually, I trust karma will catch up. Hopefully, it's not during your rental...should you take that risk.

Even when I said all I wanted was her to take accountability and not blame me, the customer, for her mistake ... she still didn't take accountability. There are tons of people doing the same thing this "business" is doing. I'd personally rather pay triple for someone reliable than pay less for horrible follow through.
