Contacted various party rental places in Gardena and Big Rental had the best deal! I rented 5 tables, 30 chairs and white table cloths for my birthday party tomorrow. Great Tent rental company. I called them on a very short notice and Ismael was able to accommodate us for our Function. He came and installed and was done within 15-20 minutes and picked up the following day with that same quickness. Very Very friendly,courteous and great customer service. Turns out Ismael was the most reliable & reasonably priced of any of the rental companies I looked at. I added things to my order the same day he was delivering. No problem!! Even his delivery/setup fee was VERY reasonable. We rented a 20x30 tent with 2 side walls, 2 heaters and table linens. Even though it didn't rain during our party, the tent was perfect! It offered protection from the wind and warmth from the heaters. We did add our own strings of lights inside the tent in addition to the one light fixture provided. It looked great! From the start, he picked up the phone graciously, answering questions, and then continuing via my option to text to communicate details and then delivered, set-up, and picked up the party supplies. The quality of his equipment is good, and the timing of his delivery and pick-up is prompt, and he's able to load/unload and set-up quickly. The prices are reasonable and fair. I think he has a $50 minimum, and the round trip (drop off and pick up) delivery fees might be contingent on location (for me it was very reasonable, considering they also set-up and break-down). I was able to get 8' folding tables for $5 per day and chairs for $1 per chair (sure, there's other places that rent chairs for $0.50, but they charge a lot more for delivery, so when you price compare, which I did, you need to factor your "all in" total as well as reputation of the source that they'll deliver on their promises for your event flawlessly without any problems - - the worst if encountering logistical issues that can ruin an event or cause stress). With that, after doing my own research and homework, as a first time customer, I decided to go with Big City Party Rentals. He even dropped off the supplies a day early and picked them up a day later, so I was able to truly get a full day (and more) use of them at the day rate.
