In fact when I looked at my gps it was 8mins away. They proceeded to say no, the next available is 3:15 but I had to go to work so that wasn't working with me. Then they said well 2:45? I said, no I have to go to work. They ended up charging me full amount for a service they did not provide. Later she texted me to apologize that she miss understood my message about making my way over but I still got charged. Horrible customer service. I even tried to call to talk to someone and the number they were using was a not call number. I don't recommend this place at all.
