If I could rate a -5 star I would. I was a potential customer for Andy and she completely scammed me. I showed up to my appointment there was literally no one up from to sign me in. Not only that, I was greeted by another person who had to bring to Andies attention that she had a client waiting for her. She has so many excuses written on her website for clients to be understanding with her and she still fails to run her business. She had 0 clients in there (not including myself). The male she works with was busy helping someone. She then proceeded to tell me to " please make another appointment as I am actually booked for the rest of the day. Mind you I'm a first time customer. She then proceeded not to take me in and STILL CHARGED MY CARD and STILL ASKED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. She is absolutely ridiculous. Let me just say... I had an absolutely perfect experience with Andie. I don't have a very high pain tolerance at all. I have tried many different waxing salons specifically for Brazilians, all of which have left me shaking and perhaps slightly traumatized from the pain. I did not at all feel this with Andie. I have never been less afraid of getting a Brazilian until I met her. She uses a hard wax and quick, gentle hands. It was absolutely painless for me, and that's definitely saying something. She went at my pace, talking me through it the entire time. She was very welcoming and warm about everything. She even cleared up my blackheads and ingrown hairs for free between pulls. She was very thorough and I couldn't have been happier with the results! On top of this, she offered me a free eyelash lift in exchange for pictures for her instagram, and I absolutely loved it. My eyelashes looked healthy, extra long, and very strong. It lasted much longer than six weeks, which I didn't expect at all! I was bare for almost five weeks and my hair is now very fine. I was referred to Andie by my future Daughter in law, she had made an appointment and wanted me to join her... I wasn't sure what a Brazilian lash lift was so I declined.
