If I could leave zero stars I would. I have several dozens of reviews on Yelp, by the vast majority of which have been glowingly positive. I was at a family funeral luncheon for which this Rosati's was the caterer. They were over an hour and a half late on the catering; even following several calls from us. This catering had been arranged well ahead of time and a delay of this length is totally unacceptable. Not only did they do completely refuse to do anything at all to make it right after this egregious failure to meet an appointment, they weren't even apologetic at all. No one should ever use this location for catering. They are obviously unable to meet their orders, and they have no customer service whatsoever. read more

I ordered online at 5:56pm and it said about 60 minutes. I have called twice once at 7:09pm and again at 7:20pm only to be told that it would be about 5 minutes each time. I finally received my order at 7:29pm. It was cold and missing an order of fries. Now I've been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get Rosatis to fix it. We just moved here back in November we have ordered from here 2 times First time we ordered 2 chief's only one made it to our house. They did not make the second one Called and they made it ...it wasn't correct but we got it 2nd time we ordered 3 chiefs and 3 fries one juicy 2 dry. Well picked it up tonight only got 2 out of three sandwiches and 1 fry both were dry even though the box said juicy called back and told the lady she said come down in 25 mins for the rest of my order go down to get the rest and of course the order was wrong yet again. Recently I was at Oliver N college to watch my niece perform in an event. After the event being late, we wanted to order some food and hangout at the hotel. Being out of town we wanted some good Chicago style pizza. One of our friends recommended Rosati. We ordered a few pizzas and sandwiches. The service over the phone was prompt with timely delivery. The beef was great dough nuggets were Burnt so I called talked to the manager he said he would send some out an sorry that never happens! Gave him the benefit of the doubt. So I ordered $120 In food they gave us the beef with no bread or peppers, so then I called the coward for a manger says sorry that never happenes. Sorry it does happen happened 2 weeks ago and you said the same thing. So I had to drive back up there and get the rest of our stuff while back at the party our food was getting cold.
