Maybe it's an Arizona thing but not my New Jersey/Texan pallet. The pizza had plenty of toppings but Domino's has more flavor it was bland and the crust had all of the flavor of a motza cracker. I also tried what they call chicken fettuccine Alfredo the sauce seems sweet/sour but nothing like any Alfredo I've ever had and I'm 65 ( had quite a few ). And the noodles are heavy. I threw it out! Bright spots the delivery guy was nice and the Cannoli was good not fresh but good. Inclosing it was pretty expensive for such unpleasant food. read more

Very good pizza and AMAZING fries!!! Ordered online today, and my order was ready in precisely 30 minutes. I asked for extra crispy fries, and they delivered!! Pizza was delicious as well and had plenty of cheese (I ordered extra). My only complaint would be that $21 for a 14-inch cheese pizza seems pretty steep, even with the extra cheese. read more

This place reminds me more of the taste of Chicago style then any place in all of Arizona. The Italian Beef Sandwich are by far the best, and they have great wines with some great dinners. The Baseline location has delivery issue's. The quote for a delivery estimate was 45 minutes. Ordered online at 6pm. Called them at 7pm and was told was due shortly. After it didn't show up 45 minutes later I called back at 7:45pm after an apology I was told the driver should be here momentarily. 15 minutes later he arrived. We ordered hot wings (delicious) and a 12 inch thin crust combination. The crust was way to thin. Soggy and limp. The toppings were generous and tasted good but had to use a fork to rake the toppings off because the crust was inedible. Gave 2 stars because they failed in 2 areas. Won't be ordering from them anymore. I don't recommend Rosati's at the Baseline location. read more

What a shit show. Over an hour we waited for delivery of 3 sandwiches. I was quoted 35-45 minutes. Then when the owner (a super old guy) finally arrives, my side salad was not with the order. I called and spoke to Sandra , same girl that took my order, and she told me that they would "credit me" $4 dollars for the salad that didn't arrive. I said no because I will not be eating here again and told her to cancel the order and ring up the sandwiches only. Side note: the salad is listed as an up charge on the menu. Sandra after a long pause then says she would have to void the order and then ring up the sandwiches only. I said "yes do that." She then proceeds to read me the total which is the same as the original total. I asked why the totals were the same. Sandra responded that I was not originally charged for the salad in the first place. I said "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!!" Answer- because she didn't know. This place is on our key card for the Hotel we're staying at. They reason I'm leaving this review is because I don't like the bait and switch tactic. We ordered a pizza and spaghetti for the kids and the total was 39.00. expensive i thought, so i started breaking the cost down. They don't say anything about the delivery charge they just include it. It was $7 But on yelp they say $4. Then they say it's because of the distance. It's not just upfront pricing it's designed to get people off guard that are from out of town. This pizza better be good. read more

Pizza is good. Wings are great. BUT, the coupons they provide NEVER work with on line orders. This needs to be fixed.

I ordered the build-your-own pizza: Italian sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and fresh garlic on thin crust. Normally I wouldn't order thin, but the only other option was "double dough", which didn't appeal to me. The thin crust turned out to be fine. Even though I got delivery (Uber eats), the pizza was hot when it arrived. My delivery person, Isarae, was great. All toppings were plentiful, it was perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. I would definitely order again, but I would go in to pickup because $29 + the Uber eats charge (another $10, not including tip) for a medium size pizza is way too much. We're from out of town and didn't get a rental car, so our options were limited. read more

Meat mania pizza is the best I've had in like 40 years. I'm not a fan of pizza but on a trip to Arizona I had a flyer in my hotel room. I gave them a try and was in pizza heaven. Delicious pizza. The Meat Mania pizza was almost all meat, cheese and a lite crust. It's was amazing. The meats they use have the best quality and flavor the crust is a beautiful soft but firm vessel not taking control of the art in their pizza. read more

I don't know what happened to the store I worked at to get this rating, but rosatis in general is phenomenal food that just takes longer depending on time of order and what you're getting. It costs more because they use cheese that's actually from wisconsin and meats from Chicago. The toppings cost a lot to get here so they charge a lot to add extras or more of something. The waits can get ridiculous because they're understaffed most of the time. But if you order for pickup, you take out the delivery fee and tip for a driver as well as most of the wait making it worth your while. Rosatis is not little cesars, or dominos, or pizza hut. You don't order from here to save money or get something fast. You order rosati's in advance, to be picked up at a certain time or you expect to wait for quality food. But if you're judging this place on food alone, there isn't a better pizza place in the area. You certainly aren't getting a better deep dish anywhere near here. Don't say oreganos, that place doesnt exist in Chicago, rosatis is everywhere across the nation, coming from the windy city itself. The person I talked to was very friendly and really wanted to make my dining experience worthwhile, even though I was going to have it delivered. The delivery time was exactly as promised. The pizza seemed overlooked I have to mention that i phoned my order in and was told that it will take 35-45 minutes. Pizza was ok and service was horrible I walk in to pick up my pizza and say "excuse me" there are three girls behind the counter one is crouched down behind the counter on her phone and the other two look at me not helping. I stand there and say it once more and nothing happens. I stood there for about 5 minutes in silence until the girl from under the counter popped up and helped me. I had an excellent California barbecue pizza by Rosati's in Lake havasu a few days ago so I decided to try the supreme pizza here in Phoenix. $41 for a large supreme pizza with extra cheese, two 20oz sodas, and a tiramisu delivered. Pretty good sausage. Pizza could use a dash of salt. Didn't care for the tiramisu. Very long delivery time. The pizza was hot and the delivery person was friendly. read more

The slices of pizza at Rosati's are large and the toppings are plentiful however the pizza itself just wasn't very good. It should be a 5, but I added the fresh garlic to my deep dish pizza and it was strong. It will not be something I'll do again and I'll have to try again without it. Think I tried a half pep and half sausage last time and it was better but I forgot. It was ready at the 30 minute mark and folks were friendly. It looked amazing and aside from the fresh garlic, worth a repeat. But maybe garlic that's been fried in olive oil or baked? (Yeah, I tend to like garlic normally).
