The food was pretty good, I got a chicken Alfredo with broccoli. It was creamy-ish, kinda felt watery though. Overall give it a 7/10. My boyfriend got the pizza and said it was pretty good but oddly enough he preferred it cold. He said the dough was a little tough for his liking but liked the flavor, overall 8/10. They brought out bread and butter beforehand, but we both thought it was too bland even with the butter and some sugar added. The service is good, he made sure everything was alright and asked if we needed anything else. The food came out very fast which was great and we paid less than usual. I like anchovies on mine and this used to be one of the few places back then that you could get it. I read that the owner kept the devil logos because he was too poor to change it. I served guests an EMBARRASSING dinner from this place tonight. It truly tasted like what you would find in garbage. Salad was wilted and old. The chicken lasagna was oddly sweet as if the "sauce" was covering up several weeks old of gross chicken. And the sauce was just plain old pizza sauce-trying to get away with it. They said I had to contact Door Dash. I messaged the driver, no response. I filled out the form on the app and was refunded. I am glad I got my money but we have a team member without lunch. The food was just eh. We ordered Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Alfredo. The chicken was processed chicken product. Both sauces were good but not overpowered the chicken product. After a long morning of competing in sports play, we decided to celebrate as a team with a 3-0 Victory... when someone said 'Red Devil', I was like 'IN'. It's been a minute but I used to frequent this place when my job was near downtown every week. Classic Italian pizza, wings, subs & more. When we arrived, we were about 22 deep. Yeap, parents & kids all hungry. They were able to accommodate us quickly but it was packed. Thankfully they have a full bar so getting drinks through our server or directly at the bar was about the same. To keep it simple, we ordered a bunch of the pizza & wings combo specials for $44 to accommodate multiple tables. The table special made sense. We caught them by surprise but gotta admit they rose to the occasion. It did take a while for the food to hit the table but between the drinks, one-offs and more, the servers did a good job (and maintained their sanity.... 10+ athletic teenagers says it all!!! haha. He then placed clean plates and napkins on table with same hands. Staff sit and eat at 1 table between orders, look at phones or eat then get up to take orders/clean tables then come back to look at phone/eat. No hand washing in between. This may not be entirely fair, however, the restaurant is pretty nice, staff are good and our server was delightful. The issue is unique being while the food is actually pretty good, they do have what they call a low carb menu which you have to ask for once there but is available on their website. Not sure why restaurants these days think low-carb also means gluten-free with gluten-free flours not being low-carb, but the menu was loaded with what looked like diet-friendly options including the ability to swap out pasta for zoodles or broccoli. Getting the seafood marinara over broccoli, while the seafood is cooked well the dish was drowned in marinara that tasted sweet, too sweet. Also tried the artichoke dip which comes with broccoli and cucumber which you can have the broccoli fresh or steamed, but the dip while very tasty seemed to be made with a not diet safe roux made apparent about an hour or so later with an astronomical blood sugar impact. If I visit again, I'll stick to things like the salads using my own dressing or get the chicken with just some seasoning, or the cucumbers with whatever dressing. May also see if the restaurant can confirm the sugar content in the marinara. read more

When we went the main dining room was closed and they're using the banquet room as the main dining room. It was definitely loud and crowded but we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. My husband was very excited to find veal Parmesan in Phoenix. He said it was good but too tough to cut with the butter knives the restaurant had (we asked for a steak knife but they don't have them). My mom's meatball sub had no sauce or cheese and was bland. My polo siciliano was fine- very vinegar forward from the artichokes. The chicken was weirdly cut- long strips but they were rough and stringy almost. Maybe stick to pizza and wings when you go. We stopped at Red Devil for dinner on our way to the Flashlight Show at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens. I had been to the Bell Road location many years ago and remember it was good. This location was good too. The Chicken Cacciatore was very tender served over an ample serving of pasta. My wife said her dinner was also very good. The only caveat was that the menu said each entree was "Paired with fresh bread." When we asked, our server asked us if we wanted an order of Garlic Bread. We said yes to 1 order. We never received the other fresh bread with the other entree. We should have been told bread was included when we asked and not just been offered the garlic bread for an additional cost. read more

This is hands down my husband's and my favorite place to eat. It hits every time. We usually order the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and a pepperoni pizza with medium house BBQ wings. The pasta is always creamy, flavorful, and loaded with big shrimp..so good! My husband loves the pizza and wings, and the taste is always consistent. I was disappointed that they do not take reservations for large parties as we had a group of 11. However, we beat the crowd and they were able to seat us quickly. Service was a little slow as they had three other large parties, but the servers themselves were very pleasant and attentive when able. My husband ordered a half pepperoni/half Hawaiian pizza to share with the group. I ordered some appetizers and the potable ravioli, which was fabulous! We were a little disappointed in the pizza. The pepperoni side was decent, but we didn't care for the Hawaiian - the pineapple was crushed and made the crust soggy. And they didn't slice the pizza all the way to the crust, and it was so tough we couldn't cut it - we had to tear it apart. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the servers. read more

This place is great!! If you're looking for Italian food in Phoenix this is the place. The manicotti is delicious. I'm not 100% sure but the noodles appear home made! The one draw back is they are serviced with a little to much marinara sauce, so make sure to ask for it on the side. The Red Devil calzone is huge and is amazing with generous delicious. Came here yesterday for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our server was great. She was friendly and attentive. She kept refilling our drinks without us having to ask. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini and mushrooms for appetizers. We ordered the Red Devil special a large peperoni pizza and wings. My friend loves their pizza, this is her go to place for pizza night dinners with her family. I like that they have had the playoffs on their tvs. Very family oriented vibe but also fun for just a friend's night. Have been dining here for 20+ years and every year it gets worse. It pains me to say it but it's just a reality. I go out of my way to try and support local businesses, but man they make it hard. I call for take out and they just place you on hold for over 15 mins. Call back and they just put you back on hold. Finally get through and place an order just to show up and find out the pizza is not cut properly. The cheese moves and is all over the place during the 1.5 miles home. On top of that the wings didn't come with the sauce you asked and paid for. Unfortunately no one there will care. Time to move on. read more

Which is basically a meat combination pizza with ham sausage, pepperoni, and bacon. The pizza was great with a sweet sauce. The pizza also came with some bread and butter.
