Ordered 2 large pizzas and a pasta. My pizza was missing the bell pepper, fettuccine was very oily/greasy. Paid $54 after a $10 off coupon, I thought it was expensive but figured if the food was okay maybe it would be worth it. I ordered it at 6:21pm, they told me it would take 45 minutes, they "delivered" it around 8, said they were at the lobby calling me, I didn't have a single missed called. I called at 8:24pm and the lady on the line was very rude. And said he can tell the driver to try again after his other delivery. I said fine and she took my number down again, so I'm assuming they never had it right. I called at 9:20pm for an update. They said they remade the pizza, and it should be arriving soon, this lady had a better attitude. Driver was obviously not happy either, I even said thank you for coming back and tipped him, which honestly wish I hadn't. So finally around 9:30ish we received our food. Visited the new opening in May 2020 (we still order till this day & pick up when we're close by) Honestly One of the BEST Pizza places I've had in a VERY Long Time. The Pizza is AMAZING, WINGS ARE SO GOOD (Sauce too), and the garlic bites (if that's what they're called)... WOW. Horrible delivery take out service! I cannot review the food as it never made it to the local resort we were staying at. Originally when the food was ordered, we were quoted about 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and a half after placing the order with NO Food, we called and was told the delivery person could not read the address and had to return to the restaurant. My husband placed an order for delivery and were told it would be 20 min to an hour....well an hour and a half later the pizza guys shows up at our hotel room door with lukewarm pizza that was probably sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, no dressing for the salad, no plates, no napkins, no parmesan or chili flakes, all of which we made sure to ask for . The pizza sucked! It was cut into square shapes...why Rosatti's??? Why??? It was dry, the crust was hard as a rock, the cheese was dry and chewy...just plain sucked! After spending the day hiking, all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy a piping hot delicious pizza...but noooo Rosattis's insisted on giving us sh*tty service, sh*tty food, and a sh*tty ttitude when we called to complain!!! Went back in tonight. Food was kind of meh but the part that annoys me is that we were told "15-20" minutes and it was almost an hour to the minute. While sitting in the place listening, they kept telling people "20 minutes" and not meeting that timeline at all. Also, I prepaid for my food online and the girls working the counter seemed to have no idea how that worked. I had to show them the sheet of paper they set on the counter showing my order and the fact that it was paid. I'm fine with an hour wait for food on a Friday night, but tell people it's going to be an hour wait. If you're going there on a meal break from work, you generally don't want to spend an hour waiting around their tiny lobby hoping your food is going to come out in time. I doubt I'll bother going back, it's not worth the aggravation and there are other Rosati's that hopefully have their act together. read more

Ordered at 6p for delivery to my hotel. Estimated 50 minutes to deliver and the driver was there in just about that time, problem is he had the wrong pizza. He was very apologetic and took it back and said he would be back as quick as he could. It took him roughly an hour and ten minutes to return. Not exactly how I would handle a mistake that is 100% their fault. Mind you 1/2 my food was left behind so dinner was split. Now on to the pizza, it was ok, I guess. The thin crust was good, sauce was heavy and inconsistent, cheese was good. I did not like the spices on top after cooking. Just my personal preference. Price was high. $29 (including tip) for 14" cheese pizza, French fries (they were ok for delivery), and a 2L Coke. We had read the reviews and checked with a few others that have posted here and decided to give it a go. Our philosophy is you need to try a place at least twice to make an honest decision. We ordered online for delivery both times, last night (friday) was our second time ordering. The online menu and ordering process is very user friendly and if you want the tip can be added at that time. We got the "Monster" specialty Pizza and a antipasto salad (which is easily shared by two people when you have pizza also) which is full of great ingredients. We both can honestly say that this pizza is the best we have had in quite awhile. We ordered thin crust which was done correctly nice and crisp, the toppings were ample! No skimping there. I chose to add jalapeños and roma tomatoes to the dish. Yes, it was cut in square shape pieces but in the long run it kept us from OD-ing and going into a pizza coma. Leftovers to snack on all weekend long. Both delivery drivers were extremely pleasant and the order was delivered in the time frame posted when I ordered online. So yes we do recommend Rosati's at least from our 2 experiences so far. read more

Ordered 1 lbs wings..got 6. Wanted spicy garlic got regular hot wings. Ordered an Italian beef sandwich. Got an Italian beef sandwich with a big Load of CHEESE all over it. ( I can't have cheese of any kind). Tried to charge me for fries that come with the sandwich. I caught that at checkout. Took 12 minutes to straight that out. I brought my family and then we ordered a pizza sides and drinks and when we receive the check we were told that they do not except any more certificates. About the food: The pizza is filling but left me a little underwhelmed. I ordered pepperoni sausage deep dish and it just wasn't as good as a lot of the other Chicago pizzas in town. Prices are decent but I would rather spend a couple dollars more somewhere else. Decor is very Chicago cool and the server was nice but not completely on the ball. If we could give this location no stars we would. We ordered just under $100 worth of wings and pizza for the family. Each order of wings according to them is 1 pound per order. Well when we arrived home and started unboxing everything well the wing boxes felt light. We have our own business so we weigh items for delivery and placed the wings on the scale. Let's just say all four orders of wings were well below the pound mark.(photos included to prove). We called the establishment and spoke to the manager who stated they were right and we were wrong and the fact that we told them we are regular customers to that establishment. He then stated he was the newer owner and that it was possible that's why the previous owner went out of business. So we called their corporate office explained the situation and the owner stated he would call us back because he was on the other line with corporate. Long story short HE was wrong corporate advised to refund partial of the bill. This part was ok by us but the fact that we called the first time not trying to get anything free but just for the issue to be resolved they gave attitude right away. Thank you to corporate for resolving the issue but buyers beware. If it happened to us I'm sure many of you were shorted also. read more

Just literally spoke to a Samantha...called in a order with Holly ..she put me on hold the second she answers ,not letting me get a word in (hold for 4 min)/then it take over 40 min for delivery call to cancel,the driver still comes out,and i had to turn him away ,because i ment what i said about the cancellation. and ms manager samantha was all so okay with everything..been going here for years and the staff apparently seems to just be winging it.i will def find another Italian establishment. read more

The pizza is a thin crust but its hardly cooked. Just about raw. The other things i got are stale and hard to even bite into. The zeppole and dough nuggets i bought are the exact same thing but one has a different tossing and side. But the nuggets also have odd dark marks on and in them.
