Overall kind of a mixed experience. Not worth the price, no soda machine and the flavors were mid. The Dry Rub flavors were great but the sauce wings get very soggy quick because they're coated and bathed in sauce. The wings themselves are small at this restaurant and I'd say this is a pretty expensive wing spot for all that you're getting. They don't have a fountain machine so be prepared to order a can soda and save it for when the food comes out. The blue cheese had a fantastic flavor, but the ranch had a weird aftertaste. Tried Valley Wings today and overall it was a mixed experience. When I first walked in, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. While I was waiting, a group of 4 came in, waited about 3 minutes, and ended up leaving without being helped. I ordered the daily special and got the Kool-Aid because it was recommended, but the drink was definitely a miss. It didn't really look like Kool-Aid--it was a color I've never even seen before--on top of that it was served warm even with ice, and it was way too sweet. For the food, I asked for boneless but was served bone-in instead. That part was disappointing, but I will say the flavor on the wings was good. The wings had solid seasoning and tasted better than the drink experience started off. The fries and pita bread were also good and helped round the meal out. The ranch tasted like it wasn't homemade, and serving it in a squeeze bottle instead of a cup took away from the experience a little. We probably waited 10 mins or so before they could take our order. 30 wings and a half order of the Alfredo fries was $66 The reviews rave about the mango habanero flavor..... and I was so stoked to try them. As well as the hot honey. I do like a little spice but not really spicy and the mango habanero was SO SPICY! Too spicy for me and my husband and unfortunately it's what we ordered the most of, because of the reviews. It's $9.95 for 5 wings. Super expensive. Seems the best time to go would be a Tue&Wed when they are $1 but today is Sunday. Owner suggested the Dons and the Valley gold. Now the Valley gold was our favorite but we love mustard! It was like a honey mustard with a kick. So good but that's the one I got the least of. :( The Dons was ok but sweet. The only bummer is the mixing options, say you ordered the 50 wings pack you can only get 2 flavors So we did the 20 wings and split it mango habanero and hot honey. Then did 10 more wings and did the Dons and Valley gold. The fries..... um ya no. But it might be because they forgot the sauce!!!! lol we got the Alfredo and I didn't taste any Alfredo just garlic and cheese. When one of the guys walked by I asked if there should be sauce, and he took a look then ran to get some sauce, so I guess they just forgot it The wings are good and they are fresh and full of flavor but I drove from Fountain Hills, and I don't think it would be worth the drive again. Stopped by for dinner during the weeknight and it was pretty busy. We ordered the 20 piece wing and we opted for half garlic parmesan and half honey hot. The wait was a little long but the workers were super friendly. We sat down and waited. After about 25 minutes or so, the food was brought out. Everything was great except for the ranch. The ranch was not cold and could've maybe been expired. The wings were soooo good as they had a nice crisp to them and were so flavorful. The inside was clean. The wings here at Valley Wings were cooked to perfection. The sauces were exquisite. The sauces are so good, they should also be sold separately. The manager/ owner Dee or Myron was awesome and had great customer service. He spoke to at least five customers by name and talked about their usual orders. Stopped in for the first time and honestly not sure if I would jump at going back. The initial impression was that the restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. We ordered a 10 piece and the garlic pita. We took the food to go and I'm kinda wishing we hadn't. We ordered half sweet chili and half garlic parmesan. I usually default to lemon pepper when I do wings so we tried something different. The flavor was decent for both and there was plenty of sauce, but the wings were burnt and extremely dry. The garlic pita looked so much better on the menu board than how it was actually served, it was pretty dry for the filling and really the stand out was just the ranch sauce. The wings are incredibly small and having them extremely overcooked was disappointing but we were too hungry to go back. Overall, I would probably say that it would not be my first choice when that wing craving hits, but maybe some day I'll give it another chance. read more

I'm all about wangles and I had heard that this place has really good wings, so you already know I was on it. I called on my way there to see if I could order the $1 wings, but was told you can only order those as a walk in, so that's what I did. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. Quincy took care of me and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I did want all flats for my order of 10 wings, which was an extra $2. No problem! I opted for half Garlic Parmesan and half Valley Bold (one of their wet sauces). I also asked for them extra crispy. I waited about 12 to 15 minutes before Quincy called me up to the counter to go over what I ordered. He showed them to me, and after I approved, he bagged it up along with a 2 oz. cup of ranch. I could smell the goodness of those fresh wings as I walked to my car. The wings are pretty damn good!! I didn't eat them right away since I had to drive home. However, I should have so that I could have enJOYed the extra crispy aspect. Note to self; eat them in the restaurant next time, lol! Overall, this wing place gets my 5 stars for great food, service and pricing. The $1 wing special runs Monday to Wednesday from 1q am until 6 pm. No phone orders for the special, it's walk-in only! Where has this place been?! All these years and I'm just now discovering Valley Wings, these wings are big, juicy, and the flavor is on point. The buffalo/original is where it's at for me. Next time I'll try other flavors but this hit the spot tonight. As I was leaving I heard they had koolaid, bummed I missed it this time but I'll get that in the future for sure. The lemon pepper season really didn't have any flavor until your last few chews more like an after taste. The teriyaki wings had a very odd taste it wasn't like it was a teriyaki. I understand everywhere teriyaki is different but this was like it was sour. Long story cut short we didn't even finish them. Cajun was our favorite followed closely by buffalo. The dry rubs packed a serious flavor punch and the sauced wings were tangy and coated perfectly. Ranch was just ok, nothing special. This spot was just a stone throw away (on our way home), so we went by on a Friday late afternoon / early evening.
