From the high security in Home Depot and date feel to it's complete revamp in more recent years. The Plant is a huge open mall shopping center with major stores including Burlington, Ross dress for Less and Home Depot to name a few. They have various mall classics such as GameStop, GNC and Starbucks For eats you have OneHawaiian BBQ, Blaze Pizza, Chipotle and In N Out to name most There's Petsmart for your pet needs. Sally Beauty aka Sally's for your hair care needs. I've been to Regency more this year than I have in the past 10 and dig the GameStop, appreciate The Gap as well as the L.A. Care Community Resource Center (formerly where the HomeTown Buffet was back in the day). There's so much parking in all direction including behind, on the Regency side. Great affordable clothing, comforts, services and food. It stays busy, but rarely feels overwhelming. It's very close to the Van Nuys Train Station for the Amtrak + MetroLink and being off Van Nuys Blvd it's connected to a lot of local LA Metro busses/services like LADOT DASH. The biggest being Home Depot, Ross and Burlington. There's an also smaller stores like 5 Below, Sally's Beauty, Petsmart, Ulta Beauty, Gap outlet and Old Navy. There was Party City but it recently closed a couple months ago. Not only that, it also house the Regency Theatre around the back. There's a few food options, more chain places but In and Out being the top contender. Besides that, you have other chain's restaurants along the strip of Van Nuys Blvd. There loads of parking spaces available which comes in handy. Both for the strip mall as well out back where the movie theatre is. Across the street is Living Spaces. Another chain stores for furniture. It's pretty massive and I believe it's affiliated with the plant.

Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

This mall has unsafe bathrooms and needs to up their security asap. Today was the second time I…read morewent to the family bathroom and there was a grown man (without a family) in the restroom using it as his private toilet and when he came out he left the bathroom a mess, toilet clogged and all, so the line of children waiting for this jerk couldn't use it. It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. This time, I came to the plaza to visit the TMobile store. I came in the early morning so finding parking was easy, they have a big lot but it gets filled up quick. There a decent amount of small stores here and food places as well. It's decorated nicely when I was here to give that outdoor shopping mall look.

It has its own shops, its own restaurants, and a lot of art and culture for the Hispanic community. Most shops here are mom and pop shops, so it is great to come support our people. I haven't been here in ages, and it still looks as great as ever. The main downside is I did see a lot of empty stores and empty spaces. I hope that this is not a bad sign. I hope we never lose this place, but times are tough. The place was also always crowded but empty when I went last week. Not what I'm used to. I hope that things get better; this is a beautiful area located in Van Nuys, and I hope it stays for the long run.

Parking is very limited here and right at the corner of a busy intersection. You can park at the Seafood city plaza next door and just walk to shops in this plaza to make things easier. Surprisingly well kept shopping and business center with a lot of food of convenience that's…read moreusually pretty good quality. Despite the blemishes of grit and graffiti here and there the Van Nuys Village plaza does it's best to stay clean and inviting. The 7-Eleven has good stock and customer service and is the only business in this plaza that's 24/7 however El Pollo Loco, which offers curbside pick up and Yoshioka keep pretty late hours as well for your convenience. Despite having several small and well known chain businesses the parking is very easy and almost never packed. The Metro PC by T-Mobile is very well kept as our the businesses not open at the moment. Good health and safety practices at every business at the VN Village center on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd and Kittredge Street. Pretty much within walking distances for me so I find myself here or nearby pretty often.

This is a great shopping center in Mission Hills if you haven't visited it yet. I come to this…read morecenter alot mostly for food but occasionally Target as well. My go to place here are mainly Habit Burger, Wingstop, Chase bank, California Fish Grill and TMobile store. But I visited Ross, Dunkin Donuts, Vitamin Shoppe, Jersey Mike's, Mencies, Sliverlake Ramen, Ono Hawaiian, the UPS store and Ulta Beauty. The only place I haven't visited yet is the 24 Hour fitness, the Dentistry, Mattress Firm, AT&T and Bank of America. There plenty of parking here as well and there even more parking toward the back of the center. I usually park in the back because it's less traffic to enter or leave. They also have security guard walking around in the plaza for any problems.
