I took 4 garments to be altered and was given a receipt with with specific date for them to be picked up. On that date, I paid the fee over Zelle and went to pick up the garments and nothing had been done. I was promised at new date. I called asked about the hours they were open and was told that my order was ready. Upon arrival, again nothing had been done. I was told just wait 5 minutes. Instead another customer came in and their order was put ahead of mine. I believe that this business is not professional at all. read more

I had came in to get my work uniform altered which was 3 tops, and 3 skirts. I took it on a Tuesday and asked if I can get it by the weekend and he worked with me by making me one for Friday to wear for the weekend and to pick up the rest the following week. Got my bridesmaid dress altered and was given a reasonable estimate for their impeccable job. The man told me that spring and summer are especially busy with weddings and prom, so you should bring your dress at least 3 weeks before you need it. I requested 2 pairs of women suit pants to be altered that were too big in the hips, waste and length. The senior gentleman did a great job & master craftsman for keeping the feminine shape and NOT looking bunched up & altered. He's a perfectionist from the old school like my grandmother as a 30 yr seamstress in the 60's. I just had an excellent experience with a medium-sized project here!! I had 14 curtain panels hemmed to the perfect length at Rose's. The owner was very kind, punctual, and gave me a great rate. He answered the phone every time I called and gave accurate updates. The curtains were from IKEA, so their length were all slightly off by an inch or two, but Rose made sure they all got hemmed and hung the same length! I realized that I actually needed an extra two pannels done half way through the project, and they graciously added them on with no issue. And the project was actually done a day early! I'll be back for all my alterations because the stitches were clean and meticulous. read more

I took my daughter here to have her dress altered for prom. The man that owned the place was so sweet. I even brought my favorite pair of levi jeans in because the button broke and was afraid he wouldn't have time due to it being a Saturday and a hour before he closed because I was going out of town and he was going to be closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and I was leaving out of town Tuesday morning. He was nice enough and went ahead and fixed my jeans for me while I was doing my daughter's dress measurements. It was so sweet of him.
