    Dinner with a great view
    Tom R.

The service and good was so great and fun to experience. But mother nature can be a great with the wind tunnels created with the direction of the lake and this pub, outside dining is recommended given the amount of wind in the forecast. I nearly had my fish become mobile with my chips before they could be wrangled back to my plate.

This was my first time sitting down in the UK pavilion! We chose this restaurant to take advantage of the dining package with the Candlelight Processional. So, with the package we got one beverage (alcohol included), an entree, and a dessert! Options are limited but they're all UK staples. I enjoyed a delightful Pimm's cup for my drink, and I liked the inclusion of a drink rather than an app. I chose the shepherd's pie as my entree, and my dad got the fish and chips. Both were very filling and nice meals! The fish in the sit down restaurant here is cod, making it a little nicer quality than what they serve at the quick service window. For dessert I got the sticky toffee pudding, and I actually really liked it! It wasn't too large of a serving and it had a nice flavor. They also offered a seasonal gelato as a lighter option. A scoop of ice cream with the pudding - great! Our server was a delight and we loved chatting with her. We got a great view overlooking the water, and we had a nice meal here.

My friend was in town for Festival of the Arts in February and wanted to dine somewhere we hadn't been before. She found Rose and Crown had a reservation and grabbed it. It's rare I've personally seen some reservations come up on weekends so that tells me it's a popular spot. It's in the UK pavilion across from the shop with Beatles and British brand products. It's a full service bar and they have beers on tap. Our waitress was so warm and answered all of our questions and had great recommendations. We decided to get shepherds pie. Food came out quickly and the pie was delicious. Maybe one of the best I've ever had. My friend and I tried the sticky toffee pudding and it wasn't bad, but not our favorite. Overall, the service was fantastic and food was great. Because we dined at dinner, we got access to the nighttime show from a roped off viewing area, which was wonderful.

Delicious Irish comfort/pub food. And happy we got to see and meet Carol Stein before she retired (she was the house pianist/singer and she's an overall wonderful lady). Fish and Chips portions were huge, you get 3 huge pieces and a ton of fries. It loses a point because when I reserved the place it had a much bigger menu and other things I was excited to try but when we got there they had drastically shortened the menu. Would still recommend though, was a great hearty meal.

I booked a reservation in advance for 8:10pm. We were promptly seated after checking in with the app. I've never been to the UK before but the inside was cozy and lovely and reminded me of a pub straight out of the movies. The service here was really good and all the waitresses were from the UK. The food took a little while to come out but it came out hot and fresh. I got the Shepherd's Pie. It looks small from the photos but it's a decently large enough portion for 1-2 people. The shepherd's pie was unfortunately too salty. Everything about it would have been perfect if it wasn't so over-salted. My husband liked his fish and chips, and that was also a huge portion of fish they give you. The Scottish Egg as an appetizer was just okay but the mustard sauce was the best part about it. The sticky toffee pudding was sweet and delicious. My favorite part about this whole dining experience was that our waitress rounded us up and other guests to watch the Luminous fireworks that started at 9pm out on their balcony. It was a private space just for their guests and it was a fantastic view. We were able to return back to our tables to finish eating afterwards. Overall, the menu is small here and I think the food is just okay. But I loved the dining experience and was very happy with getting to watch the fireworks from here.!

Came highly recommended from my siblings! Did not disappoint! Our waitress was amazing in her recommendations! We loved everything! Not pictured was the sticky toffee pudding that we devoured in .2 seconds. Would go back 100x over!

Is this the best English food on the planet?!? No. Not at all. Is this good enough for a Disney restaurant. Yes. Yes it is. Level set your expectations, we are not trend setting here, but this is still good food. Skip the scotch egg, but everything else was delicious! We had the Savory impossible hot pot (vegetarian shepherds pie), Shepherds pie and Fish and Chips. Service is amazing Disney level service just like you would expect. It was the highlight of the meal! Don't forget the sticky toffee pudding. It's good. Not the greatest (remember those expectations), still good.

Note for the future: Don't overeat during Food & Wine then try to come here. The staff at the stand were great and went out their way to allow us to sit inside since it was so hot. They coordinated with the staff inside and led us there. We didn't eat much but we did eat was ok. Cider and Blackcurrant - this was soooo good. If I had more room I would have ordered another one. Sweet and bubbly. Scotch Egg (Golden-fried Hard-boiled Cage-free Egg wrapped in Sausage with Mustard Sauce) - I feel like this was too bready than the ones I'm used to eating. I enjoy a nice layer of sausage that that tastes like meat. The mustard sauce was nice. We'll need to come back when we aren't so full. The service was really great and I wished I could've ordered more.

Stopped by while at Epcot for a beer and some food. There is a Fish and Chips stand right next door that you can order the food at, bring it into the pub, and have it with a beer to cool off. The Fish and Chips were very good, and tasted just like I was in England! Served hot and crispy! On the other hand, the beers were unfortunate here. How is that possible, you ask? Well, I ordered a beer for my wife on the menu that was half cider and half beer. They told me that they were out of the cider on tap, but could make something very similar with a bottle of cider. It told her it's fine. Then, when i looked at the receipt, I was charged for 2 beers. I was charged for half a pint of the Guinness (about 80% the price of a full pint) and then for a bottle of cider, that they only used half of. No, I was not given the other half of the bottle. I'm sure I'll probably return one day, but I sure won't make this mistake when ordering a drink again!

We also duck into this bar for a beer for the guys at Epcot. They have a great selection with fast service st the bar. And it's is air conditioned! With bathrooms. So it's a great break from the heat and the crowds for a drink before some shopping in England!

The table we sat at was in a very warm section, our party sat down and uh didn't offer us additional water the entire time we were there. It was hot and I was thirsty and a refill would have been nice. Food was really good, I had a ruben sandwich lots of flavor. Which made up for the ambiance not sure what was going on but I have been to this place many times and never had a bad experience until now. I think our waiter was overloaded with tables but was super nice.

Even if you're only coming for the food, the entertainment adds so much to the experience. Before our entrees arrived, we were served complimentary bread with a Guinness reduction dipping oil. The slightly sweet, malty Guinness oil was so good that we found ourselves reaching for just one more piece of bread several times. For our entrees, we ordered the Braised Be Beef and the Chicken Pie. The Braised Be Beef features slow-cooked beef short ribs served over creamy mashed potatoes with roasted broccolini, carrots, sugar snap peas, and a red wine reduction. The beef was incredibly tender and easily fell apart with a fork. The Chicken Pie was another standout. The flaky pastry enclosed a creamy filling of chicken, wild mushrooms, leeks, and a white wine cream sauce. To drink, we ordered a Guinness along with the Berry UnIrish, a nonalcoholic blend of blueberries, fresh lemon juice, San Pellegrino, and honey. The Berry UnIrish was refreshingly sweet and a great option if you're looking for something without alcohol. The Guinness, of course, paired perfectly with the hearty Irish fare. Between the delicious food, attentive service, complimentary bread, live Irish band, and talented dancers, Raglan Road delivered an experience. Come here if you're visiting Disney Springs and want a meal that's equal parts entertainment and comfort food!

We took the Skyliner from Hollywood Studios here, and it didn't take very long to arrive. We were easily able to get seats at the bar, but later in our visit it got very crowded, so I would try to visit earlier in the day rather than later. We started out with the Cheese and Charcuterie, which was beautifully presented. We ran out of bread at one point, and our bartender happily brought us more without us even asking. I loved the selection of cheeses and fruits, and it was the perfect thing to share. To drink we all decided to get the Pineapple Mule. It was very refreshing and just strong enough. I was still hungry after that, so I decided to order the Grilled Vegetable Pita. The flavor was pretty good and the portion size was generous, but the pita fell apart almost immediately, so I had to eat the rest with a fork. I probably would not order this again. My husband ordered the cheese flatbread, which was pretty standard but did the job. I really enjoyed my visit here, and I would definitely stop by again if I were staying at a resort on the Skyliner. The hotel is very beautiful as well to walk around.
