This place was so good! the outside patio and string light decor is 10/10 and i love how there is so much seating and views of old hollywood. The line moved quick and the servers were friendly. I just needed a quick snack, so i had their bavarian pretzel. It was big, warm, salty, buttery... 10/10. I loved the cheese sauce it came with. It also came with a spicy mustard that was pretty good too, but it stuck with the cheese. This was such a nice pick-me-up and is a must-visit if you are in hollywood studios.

Always great drinks and snacks here. The line may be long, but it's worth the wait! We enjoy sitting outside and enjoying our drinks.

You can find this outside Galaxy's Edge

We make this a beloved stop in Hollywood Studios. The patio has plenty of shade. You buy your beer from the beer tender and sit outside to drink. Real beer. Mmmm. You can also get a glorious pretzel. My 18 and 20 year old enjoys a selection of non-alcoholic options as well. Right outside Sci-fi Dine In, as you exit Galaxy's Edge, it's really perfectly positioned. Parents of young ones: this is a tap house. Not much for the kiddos here. Beer carts around the corner might be more helpful for you.

It's been a few years so I felt like an update was due! Baseline Tap House is located at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is a bar and nothing else. They have drinks and just a couple different snacks. It is located near the entrance to Star Wars and across from the new area being built, Monsters INC. The line is usually pretty long but it moves fast at times. If you can get here at open or when the line is short, do it, do not skip it! There is also seating outside and a few tables inside. The atmosphere is a tap house, with dark woods and brick, tap room/jazzy music playing. Their menu is very small, specializing in beer, but they there are a few batch-made cocktails and a small selection of liquor. My personal favorite is the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, but I like to add Tito's to it and make it a cocktail. You can also make it a double for around $3-4 more! My husband usually goes for one of the beers or sometimes if we plan on sitting there one of their flights. They do offer beer flights which is really great because you can choose a few different beers to try. For food, one of the best prices at Disney is the large pretzel with cheese and mustard. It is so good, served warm, its soft and salty and a really great pretzel. Much better than the Mickey Shaped Pretzels. They have also changed their charcuterie board recently and I think changed for the worse. They should bring the old one back. IT now has Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Mt Tam Brie, Midnight Moon Goat Cheese, Sopressata Salami, Sliced Bresaola, Blueberry Compote, Onion Jam, and Bread and Butter Pickles with Lavash. It used to have thicker bread and that is much better. The board is good overall I just prefer the original one. They also recently added "Avenue Chips" which is House-made Ranch Kettle Chips served with Beer Cheese Fondue. These were first salt and vinegar but have changed yet again. They are ok, not really worth the price. I would say get the pretzel instead of even the charcuterie. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack. We love rope dropping this spot to grab a good seat and it also gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and its not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. Definitely check this place out!

This place would have been a miss if it wasn't for my Yelp friend Nadine. She posted a review about tonic water. Her relative gets leg cramps and swears by the tonic. I also get leg cramps if I walk a long distance. We left Star Wars and I could feel the cramp messing with my stride. I remembered that any bar would have it. Baseline to the rescue! Max was happy as he got a beer while I slugged down my tonic water. Friendly staff and they were thrilled to hear about tonic water being the best medicine for a cramping leg.

Easy solid five for delicious craft drafts and light bites, think pretzels, charcuterie, and kettle chips though all rightfully good. Didn't we almost have them all?! lol Love that pretzle. Baseline's an expertly tended quick service bar with a few covered outdoor spots to park yourself on. It's sort of a hideaway here, crowds seem to miss this place; at least whenever I've been here. Shhh ...it's almost a secret. lol Seriously makes for a Great everybody needs a little time away.

One of my favorite spots anywhere at Disney World to get a drink! I love the variety of craft beers that they offer along with a few snacks. They have a pretzel with beer cheese and mustard along with one of the best charcuterie boards at Disney. It's the perfect mid-day park snack! They also have an amazing playlist going of coffeehouse covers of popular songs and it really creates just the best vibes. Make sure to stop by on your next visit to Hollywood Studios!

Love Baseline at Hollywood Studios! Always a great beer selection and delicious snacks! Line moves fast even when it's out the door.

Stopped here for drinks because why not? Cocktails and beer! Both my boyfriend's cocktail or choice and mine were delicious! Not overly sweet and a perfect balance of everything. We also shared a beer that was good. While we didn't have food, there are food offerings here. A pretzel and a cheese board. It looked good as others ordered it. There's also outlets inside if you need to charge your phone. They also offer ice water! Great spot to stop at while walking around! There's seating inside and outside.

I stopped at Baseline Tap House before grabbing some lunch in Disney's Hollywood Studios. I decided to go with a flight in order try different flavors at once. The four beers I chose were tasty and I appreciated the little cards that were provided with information about each of the four beers. I would definitely stop here again at Baseline Tap House.

Standard spot to get a beer and a pretzel. Nothing fancy exactly what you'd expect. I had the $12.25 20oz North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner. It's fine. I also got the $10 Bavarian pretzel. The spicy mustard definitely has a kick to it. The pretzel wasn't hard and was fine. Nothing great, nothing bad. At least there is some shade and it's very quick.

I love this bar. The only thing that would make it better is more indoor seating but the drinks and food are always on point. I usually get a beer and order the charcuterie, and it's perfect to share with someone. The service is always great as you would expect from Disney and the ambiance is great if you can snag a spot inside. But outside is nice too as long as the weather is cooperative. Again, could use more indoor seating, as it's usually packed

A place we have to stop at during each visit to Hollywood studios. Friendly staff and drink selection. And don't sleep on the charcuterie.

At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. Fortunately, I discovered the hidden button in the bottom-right corner, written in 8-point Times New Roman. At last, I reached the altar containing the legendary treasure chest. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.

Our server was as good as any flight crew could be and the aviation artifacts atmosphere was in step with a museum. I'll land here again soon.

He then recommended another drink, and for a brief moment, I found myself standing with Walt on top of Spaceship Earth. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.
