Check out the BBB too, last time I looked Feth Construction was no longer a member and had a F rating. Luckily Feth only got $1600 out of me instead of the $3200 we agreed at. Their work was the equivalent of a person getting a scab on their arm, to hide it, you cover it up with a band aid. We had to hide their work with the pebble stone.

Stormguard's repair lasted about a whopping 4 months...and after verbally promising it was "warrantied for a year"--refused to honor it! Called Brautigam and asked for an emergency repair to prevent interior damage. (Oh no!) They came 10 days later, on a SUNDAY no less! Which I sincerely appreciated since it's March and the storms here in the midwest can get pretty bad. Not only that, but charged a very reasonable price. We contacted the company multiple times asking for the issues to be addressed. The problems were not resolved, and additional concerns became apparent. Because of that, we arranged and paid for an independent licensed professional engineer to evaluate the installation. The engineer's evaluation identified multiple installation deficiencies, including concerns related to nail placement, roof decking/plywood, drip edge installation, chimney flashing, and more. Despite repeated efforts over many months to have these documented issues properly corrected, they remain unresolved. As of this writing, these documented issues remain unresolved, and we are continuing to deal with damage to our home as a result.

The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him.
