It's about a malpractice to a patient about teeth extraction and the following implantation. I've been at Rose Dental for almost a year now. First they tell me that I'm out of network, which according to my insurance I'm not. Every time I go to Rose Dental they always tell me I have a credit. So after treatment they schedule my next appointment and give me what my bill will be, which never is the case. So my last experience was the worst. I arrived, I checked in, and made sure my estimate was still $214. They place me in the chair and start giving me some novocaine and lay me back in the chair to start work. The doctor realizes the bill is inaccurate so she sends the assistant to go to the front desk. So the next thing I know the lady from the billing office comes back to discuss the bill. I have novocaine mouth and cotton in my mouth. At this point I'm completely frustrated. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a dentist office. So the dentist starts clamping my mouth and she ended up clamping my bottom lip. I left frustrated and with a fat lip. I will definitely be seeing another dentist. Going into the Nashua office is a painful experience in and of itself. The front desk staff is generally rude,.. if I need immediate care, I've been made to feel bad for 'interrupting' the office's schedule. Before I'm greeted with a warm welcome, I am immediately asked about my information,... 'has anything changed' or,.. 'let's talk about your $ account $.' It really doesn't feel like a relationship building experience at all. I feel just like a number in a revolving door. I am in the process of looking for a replacement dentist practice. I would give them negative stars if i could. They approve fees with insurance company, then make you pay the difference immediately. Months later they try to get even more money out of you by threatening your credit. Gross over charging and professional negligence. Wish you would have used a 4mm implant instead of a 6mm implant (twice) t! As it turns out a 6mm implant would have never worked, based on my bone structure. Once, you had an oral surgeon that understood this and explained why my previous surgeries did not take, I already spent thousands of dollars. I've been with Dr Wang for 4 years, and have never had a problem. I needed a deep cleaning when I first started going, as I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. I usually don't write reviews but felt it's necessary to warn others about Dr. Wang's office. My husband and I were patients there maybe 5 years ago for several years. During our time there, we constantly needed to get fillings about every six month were told we had more cavities. One time I asked what else I could do to prevent these cavities and Dr. Wang just said "some people unfortunately just had soft teeth and will always get cavities." I didn't know if "soft teeth" were a real thing so I just took her word for it. We eventually moved and subsequently switched dentists and wouldn't you know, neither of us have needed work done in over 5 years since we switched. As a matter of fact, our "new" dental office consistently acknowledges how well we take care of our teeth and gums. Our oral hygiene practices did not suddenly change and I can't help but think most of the work we had done at Dr. Wang's office was completely unnecessary. For example, this one time I was in the office to get a filling done on my upper right side. When the dentist started looking on the upper left side, I thought it was strange but thought he was just looking to compare with the other side. When he picked up the needle and was about to numb the wrong side, I was glad I had the wherewithal to stop him and ask him to confirm what work was needed to be done. This was after he was 30 minutes late seeing me and told me time wasn't a problem because my cavity was very shallow so it wouldn't take much time... even though when I was told about the cavity a few weeks prior, they told me it was severe and I had to address it immediately to avoid a root canal. As another reviewer pointed out.. if they recommend any work it is prudent you get a second opinion. I wish I did because I would have saved myself a lot of money, time and pain! read more

Do not go to Dr. Rose Wang for dental procedures. She is totally incompetent. After she did a procedure I got an infection. I went to see her about it and she said I did not have an infection. I went to a different dentist and he said I had an infection. I went back again to Rose Wang and she finally gave me an antibiotic. She made many other mistakes which were monumental without me going into all the details. Any dentist that makes mistakes you can report them to the Board of Registration in Dentistry at 617-973-0971. Complaints will have them discipline or disbarred. read more

Had my teeth cleaned again here today and as usual I was very pleased. Michelle the hygienist is super nice and does a great job. The rest of the office staff is equally friendly. Recently I was having a dental emergency and was uneasy about my options Dr Wang, her assistant Lynn and receptionist Chris were all so patient with me. My husband and my kids had appointments at Dr. Rose Wang in Nashua, NH. Fortunately for me, I wasn't due for my cleaning for another month. We have always kept very good oral hygiene and going to the dentist was never a big deal. We were trying her because our dentist had gotten quite expensive and as we were self employed without dental insurance, we thought it was time to try someone new. Dr. Wang was awful - running late for all 3 appointments, terrible chair-side manner and awful with tools. Both she and her hygienist poked and scraped the kids gums and my husbands making them bleed (never had bleeding gums before). My kids came out with a look of horror on their faces and begged to go back to our old dentist. After my husband came out and said the same thing I promptly cancelled my appointment and we found another dentist. When the new dentist asked who we saw, and we said Dr. Wang she also looked horrified - apparently we were not her first patients that went running from Dr. Wang's office. don't walk away from this office - RUN. read more

I have had Dr. Wang's office for my dental issues over ten years, and I think they did excellent work. Every time when I walk into the bautiful office, the receptionists always immediately come to confirm schedule, arrange hygienist or dentist to come to check my teeth condition then start work in a few minutes. After work, doctor(s), usually Dr. Wang, come to give a summary review and give suggestion about what to take care in future. I think my dental condition improved quite a lot in past years. My 19-year-old son fell down in a snowy winter day in February, and chipped his front tooth by a rear mirror of a parked car near his dormitory. I took him in to see Dr. Rose Wang. Instead of using "binding" technique to rebuild the tooth, she suggested a crown, which was way more expensive then just filling. She insisted that this was a more permanent repair for the tooth. So I agreed, out of love for my son. She has this million dollar crown making machine in her Nashua office that can product a crown in 45 minutes. My son was in her office for two hours and came out without a crown. She told my son to come back another day because the crown that was done by the machine was not good, and she specifically told my son that "your mother will not approve this crown". We went back to her office a second time to get a crown on his front tooth. This time, the crown looked ok, but the color was wrong. It was a shade of gray, and thus he looked awful when he smiled. How would you like to show a gray front tooth when you smile? I subsequently threatened Dr. Rose Wang that I would file a complaint with the AG in New Hampshire if she did not return all the money paid by my insurance company so I could take my son to get another crown. She was glad to return all my money, and got rid of me from her back. Do not go to her office. I believed she cared more about money than patient care/interest. read more

I had another issue with my tooth, I called the office the next morning for an emergency visit & the front desk got me in right away. Dr. Wang looked at my tooth and told me I needed a crown. I must say that this is the best dental practice that I have ever been to. I know that going to the dentist is normally never a good time, but I look forward to my visits every six months. All of the staff are great! As soon as you walk in the front desk gals welcome you with bright smiles. My hygienist is so personable and always remembers what I have going on with my life. Dr. Wang came in for an exam and was so friendly. Even when she told me that I needed to get a root canal on my back tooth, I knew that I would be in good hands. I usually don't like writing reviews, but the bad experience I had with doctor wang made me write this review. I want to make sure people know how terrible this doctor is. I went in for a consultation to get composite veneers with doctor wang she tells me that I need Veneers is 3 teeth. the girl that is setting the appointment told me that before she makes an appointment they need my insurance to approve the procedure, so I waited a week to be able to make an appointment. The day of my appointment the first thing they ask me was for me to pay in full the other portion of the procedure, so Doctor Wang is all about her money, but what really got me mad was how unsanitary and unethical doctor Wang is. Something that was supposed to take 2 hour took 3 because doctor Wang was going back and forth between 3 patients including me wish is unsanitary because she was not changing gloves or washing her hand. After she was done with the procedure I looked at the mirror and she only did 2 teeth so I told her that I'm paying for 3 teeth that what happens to the other one, so she told me look you going to have to make another appointment I have a schedule to run and I don't have time today, so I made the appointment the following week after they gave me a hard time because they wanted to give a 3 week appointment wish I think was not right after the bad experience I had. In the next appointment I felled that what she put on my teeth was not the same she did to the other 2 and I was right because after I left her office what was supposed to be composite veneers came off, so I called and the girl that answer the phone when to talk to her and she told the girl that she used a different material and that it was the reason why I had not issue with the other ones wish is an unethical because she is charging me and the insurance for composite veneers, but she is using a different material wish is cheap. I went in the next day early in the morning this lady was super rude and made my teeth worst, by polishing the teeth and making it so small that it looks so weird next to the other ones. Just wanted to share my experience to be able to help others. Please think about it before you make the decision to go see this doctor for any dental procedure. read more

It's weird how I have to rewrite this review every year because somehow it gets deleted. My experience was so bad I keep writing it to help other people realize how horrible this dentist is. I only put one star because it will not let me do zero stars. The staff is horrible, mean and disrespectful. Rose Wang will tell you before you open your mouth you need a root canal and crown. That's her thing and watch out! Questions every procedure she does. I had a root canal and crown down that cost hundreds more than anyone else. Just found out today I have to have it redone because Rose didn't seal the crown right, which doesn't surprise me at all. Wang's office and employees with treat you like dollars and not a person. Please people question everything Rose Wang does because she will do unnecessary procedures just to squeeze more money out of you. She is a horrible person that doesn't care about her patients. Read other reviews if you don't believe me. Lots of good dentist exist in the Nashua area that are better and less expensive. read more
