Things they could do to make it five stars: my roommate and I noticed, they do not consistently have the same amount of time. I set my watch now. They could put a sign on the door when full so the workers don't have to leave to answer the door and phone. I'd love if they could get the hot towels ready in the room--they are all big enough--so no one is freezing while waiting for the massage personnel to return. And don't ask for more of a tip; it's just tacky.

I cannot say enough good things about Linda. She has been my masseuse for over 6 years. Now I go to both Linda and Lee (both work here) and both provide amazing massages. You can't go wrong with either. For starters, I should mention that I like intense massage work. I know you can request different pressure levels, but for those who like deep tissue this is your spot. This is a place for a REAL massage. Body work. Do not be fooled by her small stature, she is STRONG. This place is for incredible muscle healing, toxin release, and personally, I like to need an ibuprofen after a massage. Linda has an incredible connection with the human body and she has the ability to feel exactly the areas that need extra work. I can't tell you how many times I have not mentioned something and she picks up on it immediately and heals the area. He began working on my neck and shoulders (my foot massage place at home always begins with the next and shoulders then move down the arms and then to the feet) so I thought this was part of the massage. Mid-way through a girl sat down and began working on my feet while the guy continued on my shoulders. I wondered why they had two people working on me but thought maybe they just wanted to get people through faster. But at checkout, the lady at the counter charged me $96!! I said no the sign said $60 for a one hour foot massage. She told me that I received a neck and shoulder massage for an additional $36. I said that is NOT what I asked for and I thought that was part of the foot massage. She kept insisting it was $96 for my service. After a huge argument with her, I paid her what I asked for - $60 for a one hour foot massage - and left. So beware! They will get you in for one service but try to sneak in something you didn't ask for and then charge you for it! It's a total racket!!
