I stumbled across the Peppermint Room and saw the glowing Yelp reviews and immediately booked time with Luz. I booked a massage with face cleansing ritual. First the massage part... the room was large but also cozy. The electric fireplace was a really nice touch. Luz found all the knots... all of them. And worked through them with a firm but gentle touch. I knew my back was a mess but not how much of a mess until she started working on me. The cleansing ritual was not a typical facial... it was more like a face massage with a cleansing. I highly recommend this. I wasn't sure what to expect but I really enjoyed it. Again Luz was great! The location is a non-descript building which faces Lafayette St but the front door is actually on 18th St and their are reserved parking spots out front...love the painted parking spot detail.
