I was asked if I had a appt and I said No. I was told No I had to get my pedicure from Patricia and I was told Alex had a appt coming in. Its is now 2:15 and no other customers. OK so I went and paid a $100 to have my nails done and my toes done. I took this lady over an hour and a 1/2 and I still didn't even get to have my nails painted. When she was doing my nails she was taking care of my critical. It's a charge me extra to clean my cuticles. Who does that!?But she cut my cuticle on my finger. I had to pull my hand away and say ouch and the next day. My finger starts hurting and starts spun up a little bit by day 3. My finger felt like it was going to explode and it was starting to turn purple. I had to go to the hospital to find out that I had an infection in my finger. From when I got my nails done with some dirty unsanitary Equipment! Here I am a week later. I go in there to talk to him about it and hes telling me oh no. It's been over 2 weeks when it actually it's been a week today today. It's exactly one week then. He said hes looking at the cameras because I lie I'm lying!!? I have the paperwork from my Doctor's office. You can see all my cuticle was cut from that woman's equipment/tools and you could see how purple and nasty It has gotten all from her unsanitary equipment! what a waste of my money. What a waste of my time!!! now I can't even work. I can hardly use my hand at all it hurts so bad! DO NOT GO THERE ! They are dirty, unsanitary and overpriced!!!!! read more

I went to Rose nail salon at 10 mins to 7 they were closing and I was in need a of a mani/pedi since I was traveling today. frankly I DID NOT DESERVED MERCY COMING IN AT A UNGODLY TIME BUT, they were so generous, so kind and so professional that I have to tell everyone. My feet and my nails look beautiful. They treated me like a had an appointment . I was trying to rush them because I felt so bad that I imposed on them as they were getting ready to leave for the day. Nevertheless, they refused to give me a rush job. The prices here are very steep- I don't think I've ever spent so much on a basic pedicure and nail tip manicure. With that said, I promised Cyndi and Lotus (the two lovely ladies who worked tirelessly on my nails) that I would give them a great review, and it is not undeserved! I came in at 7:45 not knowing they closed at eight. I was the last person to leave at well past 8:30 because they were dedicated to seeing the job through. Once I told them it was for my graduation the following morning they even took the extra time to give me a French manicure. I came to Rose by the recommendation of my guy friend who's a local. When a conversation came up, he quietly told me he loves indulging in pedicures. Gave me the scoop on local salons, experiences, and prices and said nothing beat Rose Nail. Because he's a landscaper, he goes for the spa pedicure with callous removal. I knew it had to be worth it. I've been looking for a place to bring my boyfriend for his very first mani/pedi-- where he could also get callous treatment and an overall great time. So I made a reservation at 4pm on a Saturday. Then on Saturday, my boyfriend and I had realized we were running behind so we called the salon to see if they can accommodate 5pm instead, which they did with no problem! When we arrived, my boyfriend was treated like a star by everyone. He was laughing, joking, saying "wow", and being entertained. They asked him what show he wanted to watch on TV, all the other ladies getting their pedis were talking with us, and really made it a memorable time. After seeing what his nails looked like groomed, he regretted not taking a before picture. He keeps his third toenail sharp like a weirdo LOL because the skin underneath is very close and would get cut by the clipper if he cut it across. He was afraid of being cut, but without even mentioning, the pedicurist recognized it and simply filed it gently down to a normal shaped edge. As for me, I enjoyed it all too with friendly staff, sanitary liners, and fresh nails! No complaints on results. FYI- regular manis $8, regular pedi $20, pedi with callous treatment $25. read more

I went here while visit my dad at the hospital. It was close and they took me right away. One lady began my hands then when a tub opened up I was moved over there. They finished my nails and then worked on my toes. Maria did a great job on my pedicure. She was nice. Overall good experience and would go back. It was $26 for the mani/pedi. I tried liking this place and gave it chance after chance until this last time. I will never walk through those doors again. The staff is so rude and doesn't even acknowledge you. I had an appointment at 3:00 and sat in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes before anyone even noticed. Once someone did notice me they didn't even greet me, she just immediately started filling the foot tub and talking Spanish to the woman next to her. Didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut just assumed I did and began cutting. They didn't even add the bath salts to the pedicure tub, nor did they have the jets running. My foot just sat there soaking in stagnant dirty water. Making matters worse !! She didn't even finish my pedicure!!! After she cut my nails she left me to do someone else's pedicure who also "had an appointment" apparently appointments all of a sudden matter ???? So I was left to sit for another 10 minutes with my feet soaking in dirty water until someone else came and finished my feet. Every time someone was finished with a customer, the lady giving the pedicure ran into the back, never to be seen again. Apparently everyone has the same lunch time here. If that's the case then why are you booking appointments on everyone's lunch time ? If your not a local regular don't bother coming here, they will flat out ignore you. I've never gotten or heard of this before so I wasn't sure what to expect. She also recommended getting French as opposed to a color. I requested for paraffin pedicure but they insisted hot creme is better, $5.00 more, so I agreed and end up getting burned- 2.5 weeks later the purple polish still looked good but my burn mark on right foot "dark circle" still remains (see photo). My feet are soft and the foot massage was very good, much better than the quick light rubbing it usually is, good enough to get an additional 10 minutes. It was a little quiet on a Monday at 3:45 so I got in right away but a steady flow of people came in and out. There were five ladies working there and no one had to wait long. Overpriced and the niceness is to just get your money. I went here twice to get my armpits waxed. The first time it was 10 bucks but when I went the second time it was 12. She left wax on the sides of my pits and some wax went on my nail when i was pulling my skin. I will never come here again! I came in to get my nails cut and a polish changed. The lady told me she won't do it. Because she wants me to get a fill in. When I showed her I don't need a fill in (I got one three days ago the nails are just too long) she said no you have to pay $25. Then when I told her I don't want a fill in she said no you can't come here we don't do it (cutting nails and polishing). So I told her I'm a paying customer and she still said no. I then called and asked to speak to the manager and they refused to tell me what time she comes in and then hung up the phone! NEVER GO HERE. They are rude and disrespectful. Way over priced!!... They are really nice but after a while you start to realized that it just to get your money. I used to come here often but there are a lot of other places that for less money will give you a much better services. I went here with five girls to get our nails done for a friends wedding. We all got gel manicures and pedicures and for the amount of money we spent you would think that they will try to do a good job but unfortunately they didn't. Visited for first time today. Had shellac manicure and one of the best I've had. Previos nail salon used shellac that was very difficult to remove. Awesome pedicures! They massage your feet and legs so well! Only thing I don't like is they sometimes want to do your manicure and pedicure at the same time. Update... Gels only lasted 4 days... My regular place lasts 3 weeks. I would stick to regular manis here in the future.

I will never come here again. My family and I used to come here all the time. Slowly my family has stopped but I would go occasionally for a #8 pedicure. Over the years the #8 have declined in quality and increased in price. They never honor appointments and are beyond rude.
