very inexperienced and poorly run business. I made an appointment for a fill in a pedicure. The girl took so long that she did not get to my pedicure even though I had an appointment. The tech did an awful job on my nails; I asked her to file them down and shape them. She left them very long and lop sided. Came here during my lunch break. The lady who did my nails cut my skin when she was cutting my cuticles. I started bleeding. She also kept getting interrupted with phone calls. Filed my nails terribly; they're all uneven and some are sharp. Gel mani is 25 so not too bad but the technician I had was horrible. I will never go back here. They say they are open until 7. I walked in at 615 and got a long lasting Essie nail polish manicure. They didn't want to give me the long lasting top coat because it would take too long to dry. I politely asked for the proper top coat and they then kicked me out after drying my nails for 3 minutes. I was kicked out at 640pm. I have been to so many nail salons and I never write bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

I came here instead of my usual spot since it was recommended to me. It took longer than I expected (almost 2 hours) for a full set of gel tips. The price was not posted, so I was unpleasantly surprised that it cost $75 not including tip. The woman who did it was nice and polite, but not all nails are even and I asked her to do them shorter a few times with not much change, eventually just saying it was fine. I also bled multiple times (nail beds) and the solution for her was to scrape away abrasively with alcohol pads, just leading to continued bleeding. Unfortunately after this past weekend I will never return to the salon again OR recommend anyone here, and I've recommended a lot of my coworkers to this nail salon. First off I've been a customer here for months , 1x a week every week for a regular manicure. It's super close to my job so I always head there on my lunch. I usually request the one girl only and make an Appt with her because I never want to get the girl who I had this weekend, who I've had three times before and every time she does a terrible job. She's incredibly rough with the cuticles and globs the polish on. This weekend I had an Appt with the girl I always request and she apparently called out sick (which i didn't learn or get an apology for) I got this terrible girl so right away I was disappointed. I have a 5 month old and a sitter so this was my 1.5 hours to myself. They were really busy because of the holiday so I had to wait 15 mins past my Appt time to only get the crappy girl and not apologize that my request would not be fulfilled. No sorry nothing. So I get in the pedicure chair and she literally I'm not even kidding Filed my toes in 15 seconds. I looked down they're all uneven. I said to her "they're all uneven can you fix them?" She proceeds to try.... I say to her "look I know you're busy but do not rush my pedicure" there she proceeded to try and file my nails again and kept asking me if they were straight, finally after 3 times she got it right. She then is cutting my cuticles and PULLED the skin on my right toe BACK. I was livid. It actually hurt so bad I got nauseous immediately. I told her not to touch it again. Remind you now, I have a red bump on the side of my right toe and can't wear boots or flats because it's that painful. She proceeds to ask me if I have gel or regular manicure and I politely told her I will not be staying for my manicure. So after my pedicure which I did not enjoy, I approached the owner quietly and nicely and asked if someone else was avail to do my nails. She proceeds to yell and say "what do you mean!!! She's one of the best manicurists here" well if she's one of the best then I'm not quite sure you should be proud of her since I've had her 4 times already and have disliked her everytime. I said to her I did not like how my pedicure was and asked if I could come back on Monday during my lunch with the woman I requested. She said sure with a cold attitude. I said okay what time and id ljke to make sure it will be with the girl I requested since today it was supposed to be with her and wasn't. Well that set her off "senora!!! If you call out of work sick you're not going to show up" I said "well I didn't know she was out sick because no one told me even though I had my Appt with her. You know what? Forget it" and I dried my toes and got the hell out of there. First off - if you were a professional you would've apologized for the shitty pedicure and if you didn't have time then you could've simply told me that even though I offered to come back Monday. But since you so poorly handled the situation, you have lost my business. I can go to any other nail place and get a less than mediocre pedicure like the ones your salon provides with certain staff. Be a professional, because with an attitude like that you'll go under quickly. There's nothing special about your salon. read more

I was actually incredibly disappointed with this place considering it's in my town and was fairly busy when i came. I believe it was the manager who did my nails and omg.. they were absolutely terrible. I got French tip extension and there was a pound of gel on each nail and i was there was 2 1/2 hours !!!! I only get French tips and NEVER has it taken that long . They weren't ever filed down to look even. The thickness was insane... she did say they would last a month and omg it did. But it looked HORRIBLE. They weren't squared or straight - all different sizes for similar fingers on each hand. Idk if the lady had a bad day or something but they looked like a five year old did it. I really wanted to wait to see how long till one fell off because there was an insane amount of gel and it took approximately 3 1/2 weeks. That would be good if it didn't look so sloppy! I really wanted to love this place for how close it was to home but i did not at all. read more
