Fast, affordable, and good quality! This was my second time visiting Rose Nails, because my first experience was so amazing! I got a Gel manicure that lasted for nearly 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. I quickly came back to get them redone because of how well they grew out. I work as a CNA and have had troubles finding salons that can make manicure last as well as this one. The service was horrible, I requested a female on my booking appointment and they gave me a male. He was very aggressive with my fingers and pulling and twisting on them to where it hurt. I wanted almond French Tip and he gave me really thick nails, thick French tip, and not almond and blamed it on my saying I wanted shorter nails. I had him redo it because they were horrible. two weeks in a row I had to go back after just 4 days bc the glue came off of 3 nails. the first time I went back they charged me $25. the second time I had to miss work and went back and they charged me $45. this is the worst place to go ever. glue should not be coming off nails after 4 days. read more

I asked 4 x to have dirt removed under nails with tool and in grown nails removed but she had no idea what I was saying. I said I wanted regular polish and I got gel. I tried to be upfront and clear with 3 women but they didn't understand. The facility was excellent, the rest of the pedi was great including massage. read more

Not bad but will not be returning. It was my first time there. When I went in, I asked for a pedicure and a no-chip manicure. Another woman came in after me and immediately got seated for service despite the fact I was waiting, they noticed this quickly and started my pedicure, I didn't wait long considering it was a weekend and they were busy (15-20 min). The pedicure was fine, and when my manicure started they asked me if I wanted a normal manicure, by default I said yes, but then I corrected myself and told them I wanted a no-chip manicure in the same color as my toes. I don't think they understood me or if were just doing the quickest thing so I can leave, because they proceeded to give me a regular manicure. Overall, both the manicure and the pedicure felt rushed. Other customers were coming in when they started my manicure, and I was taken to the nail drying station before my nails were even done (they added the final coat and a top coat while I was sitting at the nail drying spot). I can understand this type of rushed service on busy days during the week, but I think they need to be better staffed on the weekends. I was looking to have a relaxing experience, but just felt like I was rushed out of there. I've had better experiences with the same price. In the end, the service was not necessarily bad, but considering the rush job and the fact that I didn't even get the no-chip manicure I asked for, I don't plan on returning. read more

Avoid this place if possible. Honestly, the last time I went, I had a pedi and the service was terrible and super rushed. BUT I came here to say I decided (against my better judgment) to give it one more try and now I'm so devastated by this last trip. I scheduled an appointment online to, you know ow, avoid any confusion about what I wanted. Arrived and told the girl I needed a gel mani with sewing, as noted when I made my appointment. She asked a couple of questions and then proceeded to cut all of my fingernails completely off after I said no acrylic and then said "oh no, I cut your real nail", got up and walked away and another girl had to come and finish them because the first girl wouldn't come back. Y'all, maybe I would be okay right now but the appointment was to get my nails done for engagement pictures and there is literally nothing that can be done now. I actually have to go somewhere else now to get the gels removed and redone (spending twice the money) because the design is not correct and the second girl that "fixed" them just kept sighing at me when I asked her to try to change them to how I originally asked, so I left. I should have trusted myself after the last visit but I will never return to this place. They were super unkind and charged me extra even though they made a huge mistake. Not okay. Not okay at all. Nice clean place. Usual kind of pragmatic bruskness common to nail salons. Got a pedicure- but the technician doesn't know her own strength. Too enthusiastic with the callus scraper thing - I have 2 places that bled a bit the next day, - a sign she got much too close to new skin. Careless. Pushes just a bit too hard, pokes a bit too deep- not relaxing, not gentle. All the pink rose smelling lotion in the world does not make up for the lack of care and awareness that you are wielding a sharp tool on a living person. I will not come back. Not horrible but not great. I made an appointment for 4:30 and arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. I waited over 30 minutes to be helped while employees left the store or sat in the back with their kids. Once getting sat, my pedicure was VERY rushed. They had people flooding in the whole time I was there and most of which had various appointment times that were not met. My full set was alright but she did not go all the way to my cuticles which made the manicure look grown out from the very beginning. I have only had the nails on for 2 weeks and they look like they neeed a fill in really badly though none are even close to falling off. I probably would not return and try somewhere else. read more
